Tikkun 21 <\/strong>– 182<\/p>\n

“That”, in Hebrew is זאת. The word reveals the depth of its meaning.<\/p>\n

The letter ז is the seventh letter of the Alef Bet<\/a>. It is constructed from a letter Vav and a small crown to represent the Shechinah and Malchut<\/a>, which means kingdom.<\/p>\n

The next two letters are א and ת, which are the first and the last letters of the Alef Bet<\/a>. They represent the creative force of Creation as the first verse of the Torah says
\n“בְּרֵאשִׁית, בָּרָא אֱלֹהִים, אֵת”
\n“In the beginning God created את”
\nIt also represents the empty vessel with the missing letters between Alef and Tav.<\/p>\n

Psalms 27:3<\/a>
\n“אִם-תַּחֲנֶה עָלַי, מַחֲנֶה לֹא-יִירָא לִבִּי: אִם-תָּקוּם עָלַי, מִלְחָמָה בְּזֹאת, אֲנִי בוֹטֵחַ”
\n“Though a host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear; though war should rise up against me, even then will I be confident.”<\/p>\n

King David, who is the aspect of Malchut<\/a>, expresses his trust in the connection to the Shechinah to bring the light to his life when he needed it the most.<\/p>\n

Leviticus 16:3<\/a>
\n“בְּזֹאת יָבֹא אַהֲרֹן, אֶל-הַקֹּדֶשׁ”
\n“With that (זֹאת) Aaron will enter the Holy”<\/p>\n

When Aaron went into the Holy of Holies on Yom Kippur he was escorted with the Shechina to make the complete connection to draw the light for the whole world.<\/p>\n

Deuteronomy 4:44<\/a>
\n“וְזֹאת, הַתּוֹרָה, אֲשֶׁר-שָׂם מֹשֶׁה, לִפְנֵי בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל.”
\n“And this (זֹאת) is the Torah which Moses set before the children of Israel<\/a>;”<\/p>\n

Before reading the Torah on Shabbat, we open and elevate it to connect to Zeir Anpin<\/a>. When the Torah is up we sing this verse that begins with ”וזאת”, which is the main connection between us and the Torah. The letter Vav, represent Zeir Anpin<\/a> and זאת is for the Shechina and the vessel.
\nThe Torah has 599,592 letters (this is calculated when we count all elements of the letter. For example Alef is constructed from Yod, Vav and Yod and is counted as 3) and with the word זאת that has numerical value of 408, it completes the Torah to 600000. This creates a unification of Zeir Anpin<\/a> and the Shechinah on the seventh day.<\/p>\n

Jeremiah 9:22<\/a>
\n“כִּי אִם-בְּזֹאת יִתְהַלֵּל הַמִּתְהַלֵּל, הַשְׂכֵּל וְיָדֹעַ אוֹתִי–כִּי אֲנִי יְהוָה, עֹשֶׂה חֶסֶד מִשְׁפָּט וּצְדָקָה בָּאָרֶץ: כִּי-בְאֵלֶּה חָפַצְתִּי, נְאֻם-יְהוָה. ”
\n“But only in that (זֹאת) the one that is looking for the glory will be glorified, understand and know me, that I am YHVH<\/a> who exercise mercy, justice, and righteousness, in the earth; for in these things I delight, said YHVH<\/a>. ”<\/p>\n

Jeremiah brings the words of God to let us know that only with connection to the Shechina, we can achieve higher level and unity with the light (Know him). Mercy, justice and righteousness that are the attributes of Zeir Anpin<\/a> can be part of our lives in Malchut<\/a> (‘in the earth’).<\/p>\n

Lamentation 3:21<\/a>
\n“ זֹאת אָשִׁיב אֶל-לִבִּי, עַל-כֵּן אוֹחִיל ”
\n“This I recall to my mind, therefore have I hope”<\/p>\n

The deep meaning of this verse (from the point of the Light) is as follows: זֹאת (the Shechina), I will bring back to my heart, which is לִבִּי = 42, the Light of creation that existed before the separation of the light and the vessel. I am yearning to set again the foundation for the complete unification.<\/p>\n
