\n55. וּבֹא רְאֵה, בְּשָׁעָה שֶׁרָצָה הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא לָתֵת תּוֹרָה לְיִשְׂרָאֵל, הִזְמִין אוֹתָהּ לִבְנֵי עֵשָׂו. אָמַר לָהֶם: רוֹצִים אַתֶּם לְקַבֵּל תּוֹרָה? בְּאוֹתָהּ שָׁעָה רָגְזָה הָאָרֶץ הַקְּדוֹשָׁה, וְרָצְתָה לְהִכָּנֵס לְנֶקֶב תְּהוֹם רַבָּה. אָמְרָה לְפָנָיו: רִבּוֹן הָעוֹלָם, שַׁעֲשׁוּעֵי הַשִּׂמְחָה (שֶׁל הָעוֹלָם) אַלְפַּיִם שָׁנִים טֶרֶם שֶׁנִּבְרָא הָעוֹלָם, יִזְדַּמְּנוּ לְפָנָיו (יִזְדַּמְּנוּ תּוֹךְ) (יִזְדַּמֵּן לִפְנֵי) עֲרֵלִים שֶׁאֵינָם רְשׁוּמִים בִּבְרִיתְךָ?!<\/div>\n

\n“יְהוָה בְּצֵאתְךָ מִשֵּׂעִיר בְּצַעְדְּךָ מִשְּׂדֵה אֱדוֹם אֶרֶץ רָעָשָׁה גַּם שָׁמַיִם נָטָפוּ גַּם עָבִים נָטְפוּ מָיִם”
\n“”YHVH<\/a>, when You went out from Seir, When You marched from the field of Edom, The earth quaked, the heavens also dripped, Even the clouds dripped water.”
\nRabbi Chiyah quotes this verse that was sang by Deborah the prophetess after the triumph of the Israelites<\/a> over the King of Canaan. Rabbi Chiyah continues to say that the Holy One Blessed be He, chose the Israelites<\/a> to have worthy portions in this world and the word to come. They are called a holy nation when they adhere to him and the Torah.
\nThe light of ‘Holiness’, ‘קדוש’, comes from the level of Chokmah<\/a> through Binah<\/a>. When we connect and receive this light from Binah<\/a> we are called ‘Holy’, ‘קדוש’.
\nOn the eighth day of a newborn we perform the circumcision<\/a> that connects the soul to Binah<\/a> and holiness because Binah<\/a> is the eighth level from Malchut<\/a>.
\nJeremiah 2:3<\/a>
\n“קֹדֶשׁ יִשְׂרָאֵל לַיהוָה, רֵאשִׁית תְּבוּאָתֹה; כָּל-אֹכְלָיו יֶאְשָׁמוּ, רָעָה תָּבֹא אֲלֵיהֶם נְאֻם-יְהוָה”
\n“Israel<\/a> was holy to YHVH<\/a>, The first of His harvest. All who ate of it became guilty; Evil came upon them,” declares YHVH<\/a>”
\nThe prophet Jeremiah declares the special relations between YHVH<\/a> and Israel<\/a>, his people. They have the highest level of souls, like the first crop harvested from the field that is the best of the crop. Those who take from the Israelites<\/a> are guilty and they will be punished and harmed. The Torah (Exodus 23:19<\/a>) tells us that the first of the crop should go to the holy temple. The Israelites<\/a> as the first children of God (Deuteronomy 14:1<\/a>) belong to God and they can not be used or enslaved by other nations..
\nThose who don’t follow the laws of the Torah can not reach the aspect of ‘Holy’ and they fall to the judgment of the other side<\/a>.

\nWhen the Holy One Blessed be He brought the Torah to the Israelites<\/a>, the children of Jacob, he invited the children of Esau, Jacob’s brother, to receive the Torah. On that moment the ‘earth quaked’ (#54 above) and Malchut<\/a> was about to fall into the Klipot<\/a> of the world of Creation, Briah.
\nProverbs 8:30<\/a>
\n“וָאֶהְיֶה אֶצְלוֹ אָמוֹן וָאֶהְיֶה שַׁעֲשֻׁעִים יוֹם יוֹם מְשַׂחֶקֶת לְפָנָיו בְּכָל עֵת”
\n“Then I was beside Him, as a master workman; And I was his delight day, day, Rejoicing always before Him,”
\nThe Zohar explains that Malchut<\/a>, representing the Torah ‘reminded’ God that he was ‘playing’ with the Torah for two thousand years and how come he wants to give the Torah to the children of Esau that are not circumcised and not part of the covenant.
\nThe sages teach us that the Torah was in existence two thousand years before God created the world. The verse above say ‘day’ twice to mean two thousand because one day of creation is considered a thousand.

\nLesson:
\nThe Israelites<\/a> souls come from the original soul of Adam and they have stronger connection to Father and Mother<\/a>, which is Chokmah<\/a> and Binah<\/a>. It gives them the ability to be holy. The other souls are the result of different sins. Some are mixed of good and bad and some are worse. Many Israelites<\/a> souls that had sins in previous lives always have the opportunity to come back to the righteous path and holiness by connecting closer to the Torah study, Zohar to purify their souls and connect to the ‘eighth’.
\nCircumcision<\/a> is important step to remove the blockage of the other side<\/a> and be able to ‘climb’ to the ‘eighth’.
