119. בָּאוּ הַחֲבֵרִים וּנְשָׁקוּהוּ. אָמַר רַבִּי אֶלְעָזָר, אִלְמָלֵא יְחֶזְקֵאל הַנָּבִיא אָמַר אֶת זֶה, תְּמִיהָה הָיְתָה בָּעוֹלָם. לְקָחוֹ רַבִּי אֶלְעָזָר וּנְשָׁקוֹ כְּמִקֹּדֶם. אָמַר אוֹתוֹ תִּינוֹק, אֲנִי אַבְרֵךְ. אָמְרוּ לוֹ, אַתָּה בָּרוּךְ, וּלְךָ נָאֶה לְבָרֵךְ. אָמַר, כַּמָּה קְדוֹשִׁים אַתֶּם, כַּמָּה בְרָכוֹת מְזֻמָּנוֹת לָכֶם מֵאֵם הַקְּדוֹשָׁה, מִשּׁוּם שֶׁלֹּא מְנַעְתּוּנִי לְבָרֵךְ.
\n120. פָּתַח וְאָמַר, (משלי יא) מֹנֵעַ בָּר יִקְּבֻהוּ לְאוֹם וּבְרָכָה לְרֹאשׁ מַשְׁבִּיר. פָּסוּק זֶה כְּמַשְׁמָעוֹ, אֲבָל שָׁנִינוּ, כָּל אָדָם חַיָּב בְּבִרְכַּת הַמָּזוֹן, וְאִם לֹא יָדַע – אִשְׁתּוֹ אוֹ בָּנָיו מְבָרְכִין לוֹ. וְתָבֹא מְאֵרָה לְאוֹתוֹ הָאִישׁ שֶׁלֹּא יוֹדֵעַ לְבָרֵךְ עַד שֶׁיִּצְטָרֵךְ לְאִשְׁתּוֹ וּלְבָנָיו שֶׁיְּבָרְכוּ לוֹ.
\n121. וְאִם הוּא יוֹדֵעַ, צָרִיךְ לְחַנֵּךְ אֶת בְּנוֹ וְלָתֵת לוֹ כּוֹס לְבָרֵךְ. שֶׁמִּי שֶׁמּוֹנְעוֹ שֶׁלֹּא יִתְחַנֵּךְ, יִקְּבֻהוּ לְאוֹם. מֹנֵעַ בָּר – שֶׁלֹּא לְבָרֵךְ אֶת הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא וְלֹא יִתְחַנֵּךְ בְּמִצְוֹת – יִקְּבֻהוּ לְאוֹם. יִקְּבֵהוּ הָיָה צָרִיךְ לוֹ לִכְתֹּב, אוֹ יִקְּבוּהוּ לְאֻמִּים, שֶׁהֲרֵי לְאֹם זֶה אֶחָד, כְּמוֹ שֶׁנֶּאֱמַר (בראשית כה) וּלְאֹם מִלְאֹם יֶאֱמָץ. מַה זֶּה יִקְּבֻהוּ לְאוֹם? אֶלָּא לְאֵם כָּתוּב, לָאֵם הַקְּדוֹשָׁה. יִקְּבֻהוּ לָאָדָם הַזֶּה שֶׁמּוֹנֵעַ אוֹתוֹ בָּר מִלְּבָרֵךְ אֶת הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא.<\/div>\n

\nThe friends kissed the child and Rabbi Elazar kissed him and said that if Ezekiel the prophet had said that, it would have been a great wonder in the world. The Yenukah said that he will make the food blessings and they agreed saying that he has the merit for the blessings. In return he praised them saying that they are holy and will receive many blessings from Binah<\/a> for not prevent him from making the blessings.

\nThe Torah laws instructs every man to make the food blessings and if can’t then his wife or children make the blesisngs for him. Those who are in need of their wives of children to say the blessings for them are cursed.

\nIf a man knows the blessings, then he needs to teach it to his child (Yitro #554<\/a>) and give him a cup for blessings. If he prevents the child from giving blessings to the Holy One Blessed be He and follow the Torah laws then this person is cursed and can’t have blessings in Malchut<\/a>.
