\nIsaiah 53:9<\/a>
\n“וַיִּתֵּן אֶת רְשָׁעִים קִבְרוֹ וְאֶת עָשִׁיר בְּמֹתָיו עַל לֹא חָמָס עָשָׂה וְלֹא מִרְמָה בְּפִיו”
\n“His grave was assigned with wicked men, Yet He was with a rich man in His death, Because He had done no violence, Nor was there any deceit in His mouth.”
\nThe sefirot above Malchut<\/a> are vessels of Light but Malchut<\/a> is dark for not having light of its own. This state gives her the aspect of ‘death’ and ‘grave’. Elijah can go between Malchut<\/a> and the upper sefirot. He is a priest because he is Pinchas. Even though as a priest he is forbidden from getting closer to death and gravesites, he can come down to Malchut<\/a> because the Light of Zeir Anpin<\/a> and the Shechina is in exile in Malchut<\/a>. That presence of Light protects Elijah from the aspect of ‘death’ and ‘grave’.

\nSupernal<\/a> angels from the Right and Left column<\/a> together with Angels from Chokmah<\/a> and Binah<\/a> on the Central column are sworn to cover and protect the Queen, the Shechina in Malchut<\/a>. They are commanded to bring her up to the Holy One Blessed be He on their wings. They cover her with the letter Vav ו that is Zeir Anpin<\/a> and the aspect of the six wings of the angels.
\nIsaiah 6:2<\/a>
\n“שְׂרָפִים עֹמְדִים מִמַּעַל לוֹ שֵׁשׁ כְּנָפַיִם שֵׁשׁ כְּנָפַיִם לְאֶחָד בִּשְׁתַּיִם יְכַסֶּה פָנָיו וּבִשְׁתַּיִם יְכַסֶּה רַגְלָיו וּבִשְׁתַּיִם יְעוֹפֵף”
\n“Above him stood the seraphim. Each had six wings: with two he covered his face, and with two he covered his feet, and with two he flew.”
\n‘with two he covered his face’ is for H ה of Malchut<\/a>
\n‘with two he covered his feet’ is for the ‘feet’ of Malchut<\/a> that is the connection from above
\n‘with two he flew’ to carry the Queen, Malchut<\/a> to Zeir Anpin<\/a>.
\nLesson:
\nWe are not Elijah and we must earn the light by connecting to the Shechina that can give us light and protection from the ‘grave’ aspect of Malchut<\/a>. Our souls are eternal and ‘buried’ in the body. To get out of this ‘grave’ we need to connect to light. The ultimate goal is to transform the body into light by nullifying the desire for the self alone. This is a state that great righteous achieve and remove all aspects of death from their soul and body. Their physical body maintains complete purity even in the grave. They are called ‘sleepers’, not dead.
