66. אֲתָר דְּשֵׁירוּתָא אִשְׁתְּכַח, מֵעַתִּיקָא קַדִּישָׁא, דְּאִתְנְהִיר מִמַּזָּלָא, הוּא נְהִירוּ דְּחָכְמְתָא, דְּאִתְפְּשַׁט לִתְלָּתִין וּתְרֵין עִיבָר. וְנָפְקָא מֵהַהוּא מוֹחָא סְתִימָאָה, מִנְּהִירוּ דְּבֵיהּ. וּמַה דְּעַתִּיקָא קַדִּישָׁא נָהִיר בְּקַדְמִיתָא (ס”א בחכמתא), דָּא הִיא. וְשֵׁירוּתָא מִמָּה דְּאִתְגַּלְיָיא (הוי), וְאִתְעָבִיד לִתְלַת רֵישִׁין, וְרֵישָׁא חֲדָא כָּלִיל לוֹן. וְאִלֵּין תְּלַת מִתְפַּשְּׁטָן לִזְעֵיר אַנְפִּין, וּמֵאִלֵּין נַהֲרִין כֹּלָּא.
\n67. אִתְגְּלִיף הַאי חָכְמְתָא, וְאַפִּיק חַד נַהֲרָא, דְּנָגִיד וְנָפִיק לְאַשְׁקָאָה גִּנְתָּא וְעָיִּיל (נ”א ועיילן) בְּרֵישָׁא דִּזְעֵיר אַנְפִּין, וְאִתְעָבִיד חַד מוֹחָא וּמִתַּמָּן אִתְמְשִׁיךְ וְנָגִיד בְּכָל גּוּפָא, וְאַשְׁקֵי כָּל אִינּוּן נְטִיעָאן. הֲדָא הוּא דִכְתִיב, (בראשית ב) וְנָהָר יוֹצֵא מֵעֵדֶן לְהַשְׁקוֹת אֶת הַגָּן וְגוֹ’.

\nThe root of the beginning comes from the Light of Atika Kadisha<\/a> that draw the Light from Mazala, which is the Concealed Chokmah<\/a> that spread to 32 paths. This light becomes three heads of Keter<\/a>, Chokmah<\/a>, Binah<\/a> and the unification of the two as Da’at. These three are called ‘Chabad’ for their initials. They spread to Zeir Anpin<\/a> and their light is revealed in all the levels below them as explained ahead.

\nChokmah<\/a> brought out a ‘river’ (of Light) that is Binah<\/a>. The upper ‘vessel’ of Chokmah<\/a> was formed from supernal<\/a> Keter<\/a> and in turn had to ‘create’ the vessel of Binah<\/a> to be able to continue the Light received from Keter<\/a>. During the formation of the ten Sefirot, Malchut<\/a> was elevated to Binah<\/a> to ‘taste’ its light and adopt the shape of Binah<\/a>’s vessel. This process was made so Malchut<\/a> would be able to receive the higher light. For that reason, Binah<\/a> and Malchut<\/a> represented by the same letter, ה H. Without this ‘affinity’, Malchut<\/a> wouldn’t be able to receive and or hold the Light of Chokmah<\/a> and Binah<\/a>.
\nThe Torah reveals this process in Genesis 2:10<\/a>
\n“וְנָהָרּ יֹצֵא מֵעֵדֶן לְהַשְׁקוֹת אֶת הַגָּן וּמִשָּׁם יִפָּרֵד וְהָיָה לְאַרְבָּעָה רָאשִׁים”
\n“Now a river flowed out of Eden to water the garden; and from there it divided and became four rivers.”
\nThe Light that came from Chokmah<\/a> formed the Right column<\/a> that starts from Chokmah<\/a> into Chessed<\/a>, the head of Zeir Anpin<\/a>.
\nBinah<\/a> became the Left column<\/a> of the head of Zeir Anpin<\/a>
\n.

\nDuring the process of Malchut<\/a> leving Binah<\/a> of her way down, the Light of Chokmah<\/a> of the 32 paths continued into the head of Zeir Anpin<\/a> and formed the Left column<\/a> with the Light of Binah<\/a>. Then the light of the middle line<\/a> of Zeir Anpin<\/a> unified the Right and Left lines that came from Chokmah<\/a> and Binah<\/a> to form the Light of Da’at that fills the entire ‘body’ of Zeir Anpin<\/a>.
