The sages tell us that when <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Jerusalem&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Jerusalem, &lsquo;&#1497;&#1512;&#1493;&#1513;&#1500;&#1501;&rsquo; is numerically 586, same as &lsquo;Shofar,&rsquo; &lsquo;&#1513;&#1493;&#1508;&#1512;,&rsquo; which is the aspect of connection to the upper levels.The actual pronunciation of the name is &lsquo;Yerushalayim&rsquo;, which normally requires the letter Yod &#1497; to be present just before the last letter of the name. Instead, we find only the &lsquo;chirik&rsquo; with is a vowel that comes under the Yod to pronounce it correctly. Interestingly, the English word is pronounced like the Hebrew name without the missing Yod.We find 622 times the incomplete form of the name &lsquo;&#1497;&#1512;&#1493;&#1513;&#1500;&#1501;&rsquo; and only five times the complete and proper form of the name &lsquo;&#1497;&#1512;&#1493;&#1513;&#1500;&#1497;&#1501;&rsquo; in the Bible. We are the aspect of the moon because in <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Malchut&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;&amp;lt;span style=&amp;quot;color: #0000ff;&amp;quot;&amp;gt;&#1502;&#1500;&#1499;&#1493;&#1514;&amp;lt;\/span&amp;gt;Malchut is the lowest sefira of the ten sefirot. There is a level of Malchut in all worlds (Atzilut, B&amp;#039;riah, Yetzirah, and Asiyah). In the Daily Zohar studies, the mention of Malchut could be on the upper levels, not necessarily Malchut of the world of Asiyah that is the material world. In general, Malchut doesn&amp;#039;t have a light of its own but can draw from all the levels above it. Malchut can receive the Light in a pure process of &amp;#039;earning.&amp;#039;Malchut is an aspect of the female with a desire for the Light.The image of the sefirot below represents the lowest level of the world of Asiyah, Action, where there is an aspect of physicality, material existence.Malchut of the upper worlds manifests the levels below it. The Shechina is in concealment and we must make greater efforts to bring light and &lsquo;sweeten&rsquo; the &lsquo;bitterness&rsquo; that exists during this time.<br>\nOur sins drain the light that protects us and create &lsquo;holes&rsquo; that allow the negative-side to invade our realm and push different aspects of &lsquo;darkness&rsquo;.<br>\nThe great chaos in the world today is a direct result of long time of spiritual exile. We were driven into setting priorities to the material and temporary existence instead of nourishing our souls spiritually to have the protection of God.<br>\nEven though we see great awakenings to spirituality in the world, in many cases corrupted leaders filled with greed take advantage of their followers&rsquo; innocence. This is not a political observation but a description of the outcome of our greed and lack of spiritual connections.<br>\nUntil the 9th of Av when the control of sun, <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Zeir Anpin&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Literally means &amp;#039;Small Face&amp;#039;. It represents the Six Sefirot, Chessed, Gevurah, Tiferet, Netzach, Hod, and Yessod. The Light from the upper three Sefirot of Chokmah, Binah, and Da&amp;#039;at comes to Malchut through Zeir Anpin.The Torah is Zeir Anpin, a channel that connects us to the upper three Sefirot through Binah. Our connection to Zeir Anpin is through Yessod by studying the Torah on all levels. Doing good, Tzedakah, and all kinds of sharing.Zeir Anpin also called Tiferet, is the name of the Sefira in the center of the Tree.&lt;\/div&gt;\" href=\"https:\/\/staging.dailyzohar.com\/?glossary=zeir-anpin\" data-gt-translate-attributes=\"[{&quot;attribute&quot;:&quot;data-cmtooltip&quot;, &quot;format&quot;:&quot;html&quot;}]\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">Zeir Anpin<\/a>, is growing in the world, we should stop all reactive and negative behavior. We want to reveal light in order to receive protection.<br>\nWe live in a time of global war between good and evil, especially the war on our minds. There are Satanic forces that try to bend our minds into losing the <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Faith&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Faith - &#1488;&#1502;&#1493;&#1504;&#1492;Generally, Faith is Malchut, meaning the world of action, because faith is expressed in this world.To achieve any of the levels of faith, we need to have love and awe of Hashem.Complete Faith - &#1488;&#1502;&#1493;&#1504;&#1492; &#1513;&#1500;&#1497;&#1502;&#1492;The Nukva of Zeir Anpin is called &amp;quot;Faith&amp;quot;. Avoid associations with those who may draw you into fighting for any kind of justice. If it&rsquo;s a fight of some kind, it&rsquo;s negative. It is called &amp;quot;Mount Zion&rdquo; because it is the higher level where we can see the Light. It is the center of the world. The first letter of &#1497;&#1505;&#1493;&#1491;,&nbsp;Yessod, is Yod to tell us that it includes the light from the highest level. The word &#1497;&#1505;&#1493;&#1491; has a numerical value of 80 to tell us that it is spread from the level of Chokmah&nbsp;down with the ability to connect to&nbsp;Malchut. Jerusalem is Malchut and below Yesod.Jerusalem of the lower level is dark without the light from the &lsquo;Mount of Zion&rsquo; that brings completion and fulfillment.Jerusalem is considered &amp;#039;sick&amp;#039; without the constant flow of Light from the Holy Temple.
