\nGod created the body from four elements Fire, Air, earth and Water. Similarly, the levels of the soul connect to different element in the body. Neshama<\/a> of Neshama<\/a> with the water, Neshama<\/a> with the fire, Ruach<\/a> with the air and Nefesh<\/a> with Earth.
\nThe water of Neshamah of Neshama<\/a> has male aspect and draw sweet and holy light<\/a> from Chokmah<\/a>. Opposite to the holy water there’s the cursed water (Numbers 5:22<\/a>) that is the evil inclination and Sama-el<\/a>.
\nThe holy fire of the Neshama<\/a> has female aspect and comes from Binah<\/a>. Opposite it there’s ‘foreign fire’ (Leviticus 10:1<\/a>) that is the female side of the evil inclination and the female of Sama-el<\/a>.
\nRuach<\/a>, ‘רוח’ means ‘spirit’, ‘wind’ that describes a movement of the element of ‘Air’.
\nThe holy Ruach<\/a> is male and comes from Da’at. Opposite to it there’s the impure spirit, evil inclination and is called ‘Viper’ and animal spirit. The Snake<\/a> comes from Binah<\/a> of the impure side.
\nThe element of Earth, ‘soil’, ‘עפר’ is female and represents the solids of this world. There’s holy aspect is the pure Nefesh<\/a> that comes from the left of Da’at and on the opposite, there’s the impure Nefesh<\/a> that is of animal and evil inclination.

\nThe Neshamah that is Teshuva<\/a> (repentance<\/a>) has the power to break the hold of the Snake<\/a> on us. He tries to pull us toward negative actions but when we go to pray and study he becomes weak. We draw the energy to break the Snake<\/a> from the four elements that relate to Chokmah<\/a>, Binah<\/a>, Zeir Anpin<\/a> and Malchut<\/a>. They spread to the 22 letters that form five groups based on the part of the mouth that ‘vibrates’ them. The energy of the letters expressed out with the sound they make.

\nLesson;
\nThe world around us is ready to support or block our spiritual purity and growth. If we choose our words and actions wisely we can break the negative side and elevate our souls.
\nThe righteous reach the highest level purity with their study and actions. Achieving the level of Neshamah of Neshama<\/a> purifies their body completely. The water in their body is completely purified and for that reason, they don;t do through the process of decay in their graves.
\nInteresting to know is that when we praise God in our prayers, we use the word ‘ישתבח’, (Pronounced ’Yishtabach’). This word have 5 letters and each of them comes from a different letter group.
