The Hebrew word literally means &amp;#039;Return&amp;#039; to represent the aspect of leaving the bad way and returning to the righteous ways taught in the Torah.&nbsp; We can do Teshuva every day before going to sleep. The Torah and the precepts give us the light to correct and fulfill any lack that we may have in our souls.
