\nRabbi Yehuda says that if people knew the great love that the Holy One Blessed be He loves the Israelites<\/a>, they would roar like young lions and chase him.
\nWhen Jacob went down to Egypt, God called the angels and commanded them to go down to Egypt and he will join them. The Shechina is the aspect of King over all angels because they all are her extension. She made a point that the angels cannot go without her, their king. Then he told her “Come with me from Lebanon, my bride” (Songs 4:8<\/a>), inviting her to come with him because she’s from Lebanon that is the pure place of Eden that is Chokmah<\/a>.

\nThe letters of ‘Amana’, ‘אֲמָנָה ’ also mean ‘faith<\/a>’,’אמונה<\/a>’. The ‘head’ of those with faith<\/a> are Jacob and his sons. ‘From the summit of Senir and Hermon’ is the aspect of Mount Sinai from where they will receive the Torah to protect them in exile.

\nLesson;
\nThe love of God is a huge subject but we’ll cover few important points. The bottom line is that when we love YHVH<\/a>, our God we achieve affinity on a highest level that draws angels and protection to our side. Without this love, life is ‘bitter with hard work, in mortar and in brick’.
\nLoving God is a mitzvah and as such it is a process that brings us light.
\n God promised us his love. It’s a Mitzvah to love him in all our might.

\nOur goal is to get to the point that we follow the ways of the Torah with love, not from fearing lose. The rewards are much higher when we reach love to God because if we love him, the ‘bridge’ to his love is open and we benefit from it greatly.
