73. בַּחֲצוֹת הַלַּיְלָה, כְּשֶׁמִּתְעוֹרֶרֶת רוּחַ צָפוֹן, מַכָּה בְּכָל אוֹתָם מְדוֹרֵי הָרוּחוֹת הָרָעוֹת, וְשׁוֹבֵר אֶחָד (סֶלַע חָזָק) אֶת הַצַּד הָאַחֵר, וְנִכְנָס וּמְשׁוֹטֵט לְמַעְלָה וָמַטָּה, וְכָל אוֹתָן קְבוּצוֹת שֶׁל מְחַבְּלִים נִכְנָסוֹת לִמְקוֹמָן, וְנִשְׁבָּר כֹּחָן וְלֹא שׁוֹלְטוֹת. וְאָז הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא נִכְנָס לְהִשְׁתַּעֲשֵׁעַ עִם הַצַּדִּיקִים בְּגַן עֵדֶן, וַהֲרֵי נִתְבָּאֵר.

\nAt midnight the wind of the north that is the aspect of the Left column<\/a> and the forces of the other-side<\/a> reach a state of completion. It then makes all the forces of the Left to go back to their places because they lose their control after midnight. Then the Holy One Blessed be He enters the Garden of Eden to have ‘fun’ with the Tzadikim.

\nWhen the morning comes the force of the Left is hidden like the light of a candle in the sun. The Light of Chassadim<\/a> of the day is now in control and provide nourishment and protection to all the worlds above and below.

\nThe Zohar reveals a secret; if a person wakes up at a certain time when the light appears in the East, he can see the letters that created heaven and earth shines in the sky going up and down.

\nThe Zohar discuss the great value of studying after midnight. At that time the Left is going down and the Light of Chassadim<\/a> builds up and revealed completely when the first ray of the sun appears on the horizon.
