There is a level of Malchut in all worlds (Atzilut, B&#039;riah, Yetzirah, and Asiyah). In general, Malchut doesn&#039;t have a light of its own but can draw from all the levels above it. Malchut can receive the Light in a pure process of &#039;earning.&#039;Malchut is an aspect of the female with a desire for the Light. The image of the sefirot below represents the lowest level of the world of Asiyah, Action, where there is an aspect of physicality, material existence.Malchut of the upper worlds manifests the levels below it. When we slaughter an animal, bird or taken fish out of the water, we kill it as the priest did with the sacrifices on the altar. Thes process of eating transforms the flesh of the animal into spiritual energy. The entire process needs to control and connection with spiritual actions. The Shochet (the person that knows how to slaughter the animal properly) release the soul of the animal with blessing to release that energy and stay with a flesh that is pure from the sin of the soul that left that body. If certain blemishes found in the animal even after it was slaughtered properly, the animal should not be eaten. An animal that kills other animals for food has negative energy and is not Kosher. There are many angels attached to each type of food, and we want to ‘burn’ in only positive energy\/angels. Only certain vegetarian animals can be kosher for eating. It is similar with eating fish. The predators are not Kosher, also those that feed on the waste of other animals or fish like pigs, shellfish (shrimp, lobster) and similar.
\nFresh vegetables and fruits are also disconnected from their life source when we pick them. They should be eaten as closer to the time they got picked up as possible because the energy of life in them get lost in time, some quickly, some slowly. When the food is left without been eaten, it attracts the negative, that consumes it’s energy, leaving us with waste. If the wasted food stinks strongly then it had higher energy, meat, and fish get really stink to indicate that they had a strong life force in them and a lot of the negative energies consume them. The Torah forbids us to waste food or anything of value to us or others because waste goes to teh negative side and strengthen it.
\nThe table should always be clean and covered before serving the food. Proper blessings should be made to connect to the positive aspect of teh food and push away negativity.
\nThe Shabbat table should be double covered, and it is recommended to use dedicated utensils for the Shabbat meals because the energy is higher. We do as much as possible to elevate the meal with proper preparation and blessings. Even if we have a sandwich for lunch at work, we make it a spiritual connection because we want the energy and not the waste of it.
\nWhen we consume the food properly, we absorb the energy and release the ‘lifeless’ waste. The natural way as God intended is for us to consume fresh organic and natural food for maximum energy of life to sustain our body for many years, maybe not Metushelach but at least 120 years. Processed food comes with negative\/ non-natural energy because of teh chemicals and conservatives, GMO, etc.
\nBefore the <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"<div class=glossaryItemTitle>Birkat Hamazon<\/div><div class=glossaryItemBody>Birkat HamazonThe blessing that is done at the end of a meal when we start by breaking bread at the beginning with the blessing of Hamotzie.
