69. בֹּא רְאֵה סוֹד הַדָּבָר, אַף עַל גַּב שֶׁתְּפִלָּה תְּלוּיָה בְּמֶלֶל וְדִבּוּר הַפֶּה – הַכֹּל תָּלוּי בְּעִקַּר הַמַּעֲשֶׂה בַּתְּחִלָּה, אַחַר כָּךְ בְּדִבּוּר וּבְמֶלֶל הַפֶּה. אֵיזֶה מַעֲשֶׂה? אֶלָּא אוֹתוֹ מַעֲשֶׂה שֶׁעוֹשֶׂה הָאָדָם בַּתְּחִלָּה כְּמוֹ תְּפִלָּה זוֹ. וְלֹא יִתְפַּלֵּל אָדָם תְּפִלָּה, עַד שֶׁיִּרְאֶה מַעֲשֶׂה בַּתְּחִלָּה כְּמוֹ הַתְּפִלָּה.

\nEven though the prayer depends on the words of the prayer and their sound, the actions related to the prayers should precede the spoken words.

\nWhen a person gets up in the morning, his first actions would be to clean himself physically, before making any prayer. He starts with the meditation before the prayer, intending to make unification of upper and lower, then put the prayer shawl. Then put Tefillin on the hand, aspect of Malchut<\/a>, pointing it toward the heart. Then the Tefillin of the head to unify upper and lower.
\nThe value of the unification with the Tefillin is expressed as the Love of God to his ‘bride’, the Shechina in Malchut<\/a>.

\nThe Zohar discusses words and speak. The energy of the words comes from the heart before they come out and make sounds as spoken words. The heart is placed between the two’ wings’ of the lungs. The heart produces the fire to the lungs that vibrate according to the heart’s energy. The spoken words expressed out with the energy of the heart that is guided by the soul that connects the brain and heart in a unified state. It is crucial to prepare the heart before the prayers. It is done with the support of physical cleanliness and pure consciousness.
\nMost important is the washing of the hands to connect with purity to the ten sefirot. The hand and the fingers represent the ten sefirot as explained in the video below.<\/p>\n
