We achieve this additional light in this world by following the ways of the Torah with the general rule &quot;Do good and avoid bad”. The Heart is the center for the Ruach.&lt;strong&gt;Neshama&lt;/strong&gt; is the highest level of Light that can be achieved in this world. Righteous people that already have the level of Ruach and act selflessly for the benefit of others, can achieve the level of Neshama. Since it’s the highest level, it connects to the brain.The higher-level of the soul controls the level below it. Neshamah and Ruach can leave the person if he loses the righteous path. The level of Nefesh is removed only at the time of death, meaning when the heart stops and there is no blood circulation in the body.The other two levels of the soul are Chaya and Yechida, but they can only connect to the soul outside the body because their level of purity can not have a physical connection in this world.</div>" href="https://staging.dailyzohar.com/?glossary=soul-levels" data-gt-translate-attributes="[{"attribute":"data-cmtooltip", "format":"html"}]" tabindex="0" role="link">Neshama but became uncleaned, the Shechinah cannot be with him and can’t receive holiness from the higher level.
#67
On the word ‘רְחֹקָה’ in the Torah, there is a special dot above the letter Hה. Like I mentioned before, it can be small amounts. This is a spiritual teaching, not a solicitation to give to the Daily Zohar. We welcome your contribution, but I want you to understand the spiritual significance of giving Tzedakah frequently to channels of Light. These actions of giving make openings of higher channels of light that fill your vessels with Light on Shabbat. If you have limited income, you can have a small Tzedakah box/jar at home and drop a few coins every Friday with a prayer to have more and be able to do more. It’s all relative to your vessel. A person who is a miser and or with an intense desire for the self alone considered ‘unclean’ and cannot receive a higher level of light.
We just celebrated the Holiday of Shavuot celebrating the gift of the Torah. In Egypt, we were in deep impurity, and God allowed us to cleanse ourselves from the Egypt aspects by counting seven weeks. A woman after her monthly cycle counts seven days of purity before she can have unification with her husband. Men count seven weeks to become pure and ready to receive the Light of the Torah. A proper preparation during the week by keeping positive and pure actions with Torah/Zohar studies and giving Tzedakah make our vessel worthy of higher light on Shabbat.
{||}

Click/Touch here to listen to the Daily Zohar

<img decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-21" title="Daily Zohar Pinchas-3063 Scanning from right to left top to bottom" src="https://staging.dailyzohar.com/wp-content/uploads/parashot/images/dzp-3063.gif" alt="Holy Zohar text.
