67. אֲבָל, אַךְ בַּה’ אַל תִּמְרֹדוּ. צָרִיךְ שֶׁלֹּא תִמְרְדוּ בַתּוֹרָה, שֶׁהַתּוֹרָה לֹא צְרִיכָה עֹשֶׁר וְלֹא כְּלֵי כֶסֶף וְזָהָב. וְאַתֶּם אַל תִּירְאוּ אֶת עַם הָאָרֶץ, שֶׁהֲרֵי גּוּף שָׁבוּר, אִם יִשְׁתַּדֵּל בַּתּוֹרָה, יִמְצָא רְפוּאָה בַּכֹּל. זֶהוּ שֶׁכָּתוּב (משלי ג) רִפְאוּת תְּהִי לְשָׁרֶךָ וְשִׁקּוּי לְעַצְמוֹתֶיךָ. וְכָתוּב (שם ד) וּלְכָל בְּשָׂרוֹ מַרְפֵּא. וְכָל אוֹתָם מְקַטְרְגִים מַכְרִיזִים וְאוֹמְרִים: פַּנּוּ מָקוֹם לִפְלוֹנִי עֶבֶד הַמֶּלֶךְ!
\n68. בִּגְלַל זֶה אַל תִּירְאוּ, כִּי לַחְמֵנוּ הֵם. הֵם בְּעַצְמָם מְזַמְּנִים מְזוֹנוֹת בְּכָל יוֹם לְכָל אוֹתָם שֶׁמִּשְׁתַּדְּלִים בַּתּוֹרָה, כְּמוֹ שֶׁנֶּאֱמַר (מלכים-א יז) וְאֶת הָעֹרְבִים צִוִּיתִי לְכַלְכֶּלְךָ, וְכָתוּב (שם) וְהָעוֹרְבִים מְבִיאִים לוֹ לֶחֶם וּבָשָׂר. סָר צִלָּם מֵעֲלֵיהֶם. מַהוּ צִלָּם? זֶה תֹקֶף הַדִּין הַקָּשֶׁה. מָה הַטַּעַם סָר? מִשּׁוּם שֶׁה’ אִתָּנוּ אַל תִּירָאֻם. הַכֹּל זָז בִּגְלַל הַתּוֹרָה. אַשְׁרֵי חֵלֶק אוֹתָם שֶׁמִּשְׁתַּדְּלִים בַּתּוֹרָה לִשְׁמָהּ, שֶׁהֲרֵי מִתְקַשְּׁרִים בַּקָּדוֹשׁ-בָּרוּךְ-הוּא מַמָּשׁ, וְנִקְרָאִים אַחִים וְרֵעִים. זֶהוּ שֶׁכָּתוּב (תהלים קכב) לְמַעַן אַחַי וְרֵעָי אֲדַבְּרָה נָּא שָׁלוֹם בָּךְ.<\/div>\n

\nThis study Continued from DZ 2755<\/a> through DZ 2759.
\nA short recap of the Torah story of Shelach<\/strong>
\nThe Israelites<\/a> arrive at the border of the Holy Land. Moses sends 12 spies to ‘tour’ the land and connect to the ‘Tree’ (of life). Ten of the spies came back with a scary message that the inhabitants of the Land are giants and there’s a lot of death in the land.
\nThe people got into a panic and screamed unto Moses, claiming that it would have been better for them to die in Egypt or in the wilderness rather than getting killed with their families by the swords of giants.
\nJoshua and Caleb were positive with their report about the Land.

\nNumbers 14:9<\/a>
\n“אַךְ בַּיהוָה אַל תִּמְרֹדוּ וְאַתֶּם אַל תִּירְאוּ אֶת עַם הָאָרֶץ כִּי לַחְמֵנוּ הֵם סָר צִלָּם מֵעֲלֵיהֶם וַיהוָה אִתָּנוּ אַל תִּירָאֻם.”
\n“Only do not rebel against YHVH<\/a>; and do not fear the people of the land, for they will be like bread for us. Their protection has been removed from them, and YHVH<\/a> is with us; do not fear them.”
\nJoshua and Caleb tried to calm the people saying that even if they are afraid, they shouldn’t go against the words of God. The words of God are the Torah that protects us without the need for physical force. It has the energy to strengthen and heal everyone.
\nProverbs 3:8<\/a>
\n“רִפְאוּת תְּהִי לְשָׁרֶּךָ וְשִׁקּוּי לְעַצְמוֹתֶיךָ.”
\n“It will be healing to your body And refreshment to your bones.”
\nEven the adversaries that a person has would turn to be his helpers when he connects to the Torah. They also clear a path for him to come to the King.

\n‘do not fear the people of the land, for they will be like bread for us’. The verse above reveals that there is no reason to fear the adversaries when we have the Torah with us because they can provide sustenance for us.
\n1 Kings 17:4<\/a>
\n“וְהָיָה, מֵהַנַּחַל תִּשְׁתֶּה; וְאֶת-הָעֹרְבִים צִוִּיתִי, לְכַלְכֶּלְךָ שָׁם”
\n“It shall be that you will drink of the brook, and I have commanded the ravens to provide for you there.”
\nGod sends Elijah the prophet to a place and tells him not to worry about his well-being because he already commanded the crows to sustain him.
\nCrows are impure birds from the other-side<\/a> and represent judgments. God removes the negative aspect of the other-side<\/a> and makes them submit to us.
\nJoshua and Caleb tell the people not to fear the giants of the Land saying; ‘Their protection has been removed from them’. The Israelites<\/a> came with the Light of God, and it automatically removes the negative aspect from the inhabitants of the Land, and they cannot harm the Israelites<\/a>.
\nThe Zohar praises those who connect and study the Torah, which is our Zohar studies because it connects us firmly to the Light of the Holy One Bless be He. With that connection, we become brothers and friends with him, and he bestows peace in our lives.
\nPsalms 122:8<\/a>
\n“לְמַעַן אַחַי וְרֵעָי אֲדַבְּרָה נָּא שָׁלוֹם בָּךְ.”
\n“For the sake of my brothers and my friends, I will now say, “May peace be within you.”
