\nWhen God completed the Creation of the world, he ‘planted’ Adam in the land. His height was reaching the heavens. To complete the creation of man, the Holy One Blessed be He wanted to bring a holy soul from the higher levels to give the man the ability to connect higher and lower levels.

\n“וַיִּיצֶר יְהוָה אֱלֹהִים אֶת-הָאָדָם, עָפָר מִן-הָאֲדָמָה, וַיִּפַּח בְּאַפָּיו, נִשְׁמַת חַיִּים; וַיְהִי הָאָדָם, לְנֶפֶשׁ חַיָּה”
\n“Then YHVH<\/a> God formed man of dust from the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and man became a living being.”
\nThe soul from the upper level is the ‘life’ of the body. The body comes from the ground that is the material of this world that has an aspect of death. The soul in the body gives it life and form a bridge to the spiritual levels where the soul can connect and achieve a state of completion while in the body.

\nFor that reason, God created man in a complete form of male and female. Then he separated them to create a desire to reconnect and be a whole again. When a man is unified with his soul mate with unity, happiness, and proper consciousness, they create completion of upper and lower and bring life to the world in the form of a male boy and a female girl. That unification and the children they bring to this world create the completion of the Holy Name.
\nLesson;<\/strong>
\nTo describe the action of ‘forming’ Adam (There’s a difference between forming and creating. In this case, God ‘formed’ Adam. Z.) in this world, the Zohar uses the word אתנעיץ בארעא that means ‘insertion’, ‘thrust’ and has the root of ‘עץ’, ‘Tree’. I used the word ‘planted’ to be closer to the meaning of ‘inserting’ a tree in the ground. Without man, there would be no ‘holiness’ on earth and the entire Creation. God created man and planted him to bring the Life Force from above to below.
\nThe created man was called אדם, ‘Adam,’ which is not a simple random name but a unique code with a spiritual connection. It represents the name of YHVH<\/a> at the level of Zeir Anpin<\/a> יוד-הא-ואו-הא that has a male aspect. The numerical value of the name is 45, same as אדם Adam. This name is a bridge between the upper three Sefirot and Malchut<\/a>, the female.
\nWhen a man and a woman come together to bring life to this world, the man should be on top and the woman below. We do so because the man is Zeir Anpin<\/a> and the woman is Malchut<\/a>, and the light flows from above to below. The Yessod<\/a> of the man ‘plants’ seeds in Malchut<\/a>, ‘ground\/earth’ to create a new ‘Tree’ of Life. This is the aspect of creating man in our own image as it says in Genesis 1:26<\/a> “וַיֹּאמֶר אֱלֹהִים, נַעֲשֶׂה אָדָם בְּצַלְמֵנוּ כִּדְמוּתֵנוּ,” “Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image,”
\nThe unification elevates the man to the level of ‘Aba,’ ‘Father,’ Chokmah<\/a>. The women receive the ‘Light’ to give Life, and she’s now at the level of ‘Ima,’ ‘Mother<\/a>,’ Binah<\/a>.
\nThe Son is Zeir Anpin<\/a>, and the daughter is Malchut<\/a>. For that reason, the gender of the child can be ONLY male or female!
\nWhen the son and daughter achieve ‘maturity’, they can become Father and Mother<\/a> and continue the process of creating life. This cycle would continues even after we reach immortality.
