Tikkun 22 – 42 (Continue from Daily Zohar 503)<\/p>\n

When the nations of the world bring hardship to the Israelites<\/a> they cause a release of Chassadim<\/a> from YHVH<\/a> because God promised to protect the Israelites<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Isaiah 66:7<\/a>
\n“בְּטֶרֶם תָּחִיל, יָלָדָה; בְּטֶרֶם יָבוֹא חֵבֶל לָהּ,
\nוְהִמְלִיטָה זָכָר ” “Before she travailed, she brought forth; before her pain came, she was delivered of a man-child.”<\/p>\n

Psalms 20:2 “יַעַנְךָ יְהוָה, בְּיוֹם צָרָה; ” “YHVH<\/a> will answer you in the day of trouble” Psalms 20 has special codes of protection from hardship when we are in the process of revealing light. This chapter has 10 verses and 70 words. Because of its importance, I bring the whole chapter here. In Zohar Pinchas there is an article named ‘The hind of dawn’ that explains Psalms 20 and some of the underlying secrets. In the English edition (Published by the Kabbalah Center) you can find it in Volume 21 article 104 page 155.

\n2.\tיַעַנְךָ יְהוָה, בְּיוֹם צָרָה; יְשַׂגֶּבְךָ, שֵׁם אֱלֹהֵי יַעֲקֹב.
\n3.\tיִשְׁלַח-עֶזְרְךָ מִקֹּדֶשׁ; וּמִצִּיּוֹן, יִסְעָדֶךָּ.
\n4.\tיִזְכֹּר כָּל-מִנְחֹתֶךָ; וְעוֹלָתְךָ יְדַשְּׁנֶה סֶלָה.
\n5.\tיִתֶּן-לְךָ כִלְבָבֶךָ; וְכָל-עֲצָתְךָ יְמַלֵּא.

The Zohar explains the following with analogy about a female deer. When she conceives, she is still closed up and when the time comes for her to give birth, she cries out until she completes seventy shouts as the number of words in the Psalm 20 “YHVH<\/a> will answer you in a day of trouble”.<\/p>\n

When the Holy One, blessed be He, hears her, he arranges Redemption for her. For that he brings a large Snake<\/a> from the mountains of darkness. With his mouth he bites in the same place to create opening for the female deer to deliver. First bite brings blood and the second brings water.<\/p>\n

The process of pregnancy is in many ways parallel to the process of creation. The pregnancy is the process to build the vessel for the soul and make ready for the Tikkun process. Because we are in the world of Malchut<\/a>, we need the master of matter, which is the Snake<\/a>. It is his dominion and when we want the light in this world so he needs to take his share. His first bite brings blood and pain but the second brings the water, which is the light.<\/p>\n

For the Final Redemption to take place, the pain of the female deer, which is an analogy to the Israelites<\/a>, will suffer 70 levels of pain and at the end of the 70, the Snake<\/a> will make the opening for the light. This subject and the spiritual principal in it could fill up many pages but we all should understand that the Final Redemption is like ‘hard labor’. We must complete the process with all the sufferings חבלי משיח, like the pain of contractions before the delivery. The pressure and pain is high but a moment after the delivery comes a new heart beat of life and great relief.<\/p>\n

Anyone can use Psalms 20 as a tool to bring light when in trouble. It can also be used to send light and relief to a woman in labor. A husband should recite it continuously while his wife is in the delivery process.<\/p>\n
