Tikkun 22<\/strong> – 46<\/p>\n

Song of Songs 8:6<\/a>
\n“שִׂימֵנִי כַחוֹתָם עַל-לִבֶּךָ, כַּחוֹתָם עַל-זְרוֹעֶךָ”
\n“Set me as a seal upon your heart, as a seal upon your arm;”<\/p>\n

On Yom Kippur we ask for “חתמנו לחיים”, it means ”use the seal of life for us.”<\/p>\n

The Zohar asks “What is the seal of life?” and gives the answer that, it is the Tree of Life<\/a> that people are nourished from.<\/p>\n

The Tree of Life<\/a> is measured as to have a length of five hundred years. Year, שנה, in this term is a cycle. It is related to the five levels of Keter<\/a>, Chokmah<\/a>, Binah<\/a>, Zeir Anpin<\/a> and Malchut<\/a>. Each one has a complete set of 10 Sefirot times 10 levels each, which adds up to five hundred.
\nOn Yom Kippur we have 5 special prayers to connect us to the Life of the Tree of Life<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Life source comes from Chokmah<\/a> and Binah<\/a>, which is the supernal<\/a> Father and Mother<\/a>. They are represented by the letters יה YH of the YHVH<\/a> name.<\/p>\n

Ecclesiastes 7:12<\/a> “הַחָכְמָה תְּחַיֶּה בְעָלֶיהָ ”
\n“Wisdom (Chokmah<\/a>) will preserve life for those who own her”<\/p>\n

To ‘own’ Chokmah<\/a> is to connect it with Binah<\/a>. The seed of life comes from the Father, Chokmah<\/a> and when it joins with the Mother<\/a>, Binah<\/a>, it creates a life force, which is Da’at that nourishes the lower levels.<\/p>\n
