Tikkun 22<\/strong> – 53<\/p>\n

The Kadish is a special sacred text that is recited during our prayers in a group of ten or more men.<\/p>\n

The group is called Minyan מנין, numerical value 150 as in 10 times יה 15) that represents the upper three Sefirot, Keter<\/a>, Chokmah<\/a> and Binah<\/a>. The Minyan creates a representation of the Tree of Life<\/a> with the ten Sefirot.<\/p>\n

It is a great merit to be one of the first 10 people that establish the Minyan. Each of the first ten men makes a connection to a different Sefira.<\/p>\n

Our spiritual connections draw light and the Kadish serves as a bridge to create returning light and open the upper gates for the transfer of light between the upper and lower levels.
\nThe leader of the prayer says a verse and the group answers Amen.
\nAfter the third verse of the Kadish, we say Amen + the beginning of the fourth verse that has 7 words and 28 letters + the letter Vav that serves as a bridge between the upper three Sefirot to Zeir Anpin<\/a> and Malchut<\/a>.
\n“יְהֶא שְׁמֵהּ רַבָּה מְבָרַךְ לְעָלְמָא וּלְעָלְמֵי עָלְמַיָּא”
\n“Let his great name be blessed in this world and all worlds.”<\/p>\n

These 7 words and 28 letters are like the first verse of Genesis that we discussed in the previous Daily Zohar.<\/p>\n

The fourth verse of the Kadish has 28 words and some recite all of them after saying Amen to the third verse.
\nThe whole group recites 28 words
\n“יְהֵא שְׁמֵהּ רַבָּא מְבָרַךְ לְעָלַם וּלְעָלְמֵי עָלְמַיָא, יִתְבָּרֵךְ וְיִשְׁתַּבַּח וְיִתְפָּאֵר וְיִתְרוֹמֵם וְיִתְנַשֵּׂא וְיִתְהַדָּר וְיִתְעַלֶּה וְיִתְהַלָּל שְׁמֵהּ דְקוּדְשָׁא בְּרִיךְ הוּא. לְעֵלָא מִן כָּל בִּרְכָתָא וְשִׁירָתָא תֻּשְׁבְּחָתָא וְנֶחמֱתָאָ דַאֲמִירָן בְּעָלְמָא”<\/p>\n

The name that is blessed in this verse if the double spelled YHVH<\/a> name
\nיו”ד וא”ו דל”ת – י
\nה”א אל”ף – ה
\nוא”ו אל”ף וא”ו- ו
\nה”א אל”ף – ה<\/p>\n

The 28 letters of the name here represent the two hands of God in the aspect of Chessed<\/a> and Gevurah<\/a> that we connect together in our prayers and form the central column to receive the Light.<\/p>\n

After the 7 words, we have the 8 words that connect the Light from Binah<\/a> with the Y of the word יִתְבָּרֵךְ. Following that are 7 words that begin with Vav to channel the light to the 7 Sefirot below Binah<\/a>. The numerical value of the seven Vavs is 42. Again we find close relationship to the first verse of the Torah and the Ana B’Koach.<\/p>\n

When we say Amen to each verse of the Kadish, we should meditate on the combination of the names YHVH<\/a> and ADNY אידהנויה. The numerical value is 91, which is the same as Amen.<\/p>\n

The Kadish is written and recited in Aramaic like the text of the Zohar<\/p>\n

Now we can understand why the Amen is universally used for spiritual connections.
\nRemember that no mater how you look at it, there is only one God and one spiritual system.<\/p>\n
