70. וַיַּחֲלֹם וְהִנֵּה סֻלָּם מֻצָּב אַרְצָה וְרֹאשׁוֹ מַגִּיעַ הַשָּׁמָיְמָה. הַחֲלוֹם, הַמַּדְרֵגָה הַשִּׁשִּׁית מֵאוֹתָן שְׁתֵּי דַרְגוֹת הַנְּבוּאָה עַד אוֹתָהּ הַדַּרְגָּה, הֵן שֵׁשׁ דְּרָגוֹת, וְעַל כֵּן הַחֲלוֹם אֶחָד מִשִּׁשִּׁים דְּרָגוֹת שֶׁל נְבוּאָה. סֻלָּם, רָאָה אֶת בָּנָיו שֶׁעֲתִידִים לְקַבֵּל תּוֹרָה בְּהַר סִינַי. סֻלָּם זֶה סִינַי [בְּגִימַטְרִיָּא], מִשּׁוּם שֶׁהוּא נָעוּץ בָּאָרֶץ וְחוֹשֵׁב בַּעֲלִיָּה לַשָּׁמַיִם, וְכָל הַמֶּרְכָּבוֹת [הַקְּדוֹשׁוֹת] וְהַמַּחֲנוֹת הָעֶלְיוֹנִים, כֻּלָּם יוֹרְדִים [יָרְדוּ] לְשָׁם עִם הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא כְּשֶׁנָּתַן לָהֶם אֶת הַתּוֹרָה.

\n“וַיַּחֲלֹם וְהִנֵּה סֻלָּם מֻצָּב אַרְצָה וְרֹאשׁוֹ מַגִּיעַ הַשָּׁמָיְמָה וְהִנֵּה מַלְאֲכֵי אֱלֹהִים עֹלִים וְיֹרְדִים בּוֹ.”
\n“He had a dream, and behold, a ladder was set on the earth with its top reaching to heaven, and behold, the angels of God were ascending and descending on it.”
\nA dream is 1\/60 of a prophecy. The prophecy comes from Netzach<\/a> and Hod<\/a>. The dream comes from the six levels that are Yessod<\/a> of Zeir Anpin<\/a>, and Chessed<\/a>, Gevurah<\/a>, Tiferet<\/a>, Netzach<\/a> and Hod<\/a> of Malchut<\/a>.
\nEach Sefira of the six includes ten sefirot so we have 60. The dream is the bottom part that is one of sixty parts. It connects to the levels above to draw the message of the dream.
\nThe ‘Ladder’ implies to Mount Sinai where Jacob’s children would receive the Torah.
\nThe ladder was set on earth and its top reaching heaven, like Mount Sinai. The angels of God together with the Holy One Blessed be He came down when the Torah was given to the people as it says “ the angels of God were ascending and descending on it”<\/p>\n

\nThe archangel Metat-on governs over this world with the holy name שדי. He ascends to the level of the name הויה HYVH, the place where Jacob achieved completion.
\nThe top of the name שדי is the letter י Y. When it ascends to the name הויה HYVH, the angel Metat-<\/a> is called in the name of his master, הויה HYVH.<\/p>\n

Lesson;
\nA dream can be a high spiritual connection when the person is on a purely spiritual level. Most dreams are full of images that don’t have messages of spiritual value. The experience of dreams is different between people, based on their soul and the ‘language’ that they can connect to when their soul is out of their body.
\nThe Bedtime Shema<\/a> prayer has aspects of the number 60 to give us a better connection when the soul ascends up to its roots for rest and to receive guidance through personal messages.
