93. רַבִּי חִיָּיא וְרַבִּי יוֹסֵי הָיוּ מְצוּיִים לִפְנֵי רַבִּי שִׁמְעוֹן. אָמַר רַבִּי חִיָּיא, הִנֵּה שָׁנִינוּ, חֲלוֹם שֶׁלֹּא נִפְתָּר כְּמוֹ אִגֶּרֶת שֶׁלֹּא נִקְרְאָה, אִם מִשּׁוּם שֶׁהִתְקַיֵּם וְהוּא לֹא יָדַע, אוֹ שֶׁלֹּא הִתְקַיֵּם כְּלָל. אָמַר לוֹ, הִתְקַיֵּם וְלֹא נוֹדַע, שֶׁהֲרֵי אוֹתוֹ הַחֲלוֹם תָּלוּי עָלָיו כֹּחַ, וְהוּא לֹא נוֹדַע וְלֹא יָדוּעַ אִם הִתְקַיֵּם וְאִם לֹא הִתְקַיֵּם.
\n94. וְאֵין לְךָ דָּבָר בָּעוֹלָם שֶׁטֶּרֶם יָבֹא לָעוֹלָם שֶׁאֵינוֹ תָלוּי בַּחֲלוֹם אוֹ עַל יְדֵי כָרוֹז, שֶׁהֲרֵי נֶאֱמַר שֶׁכָּל דָּבָר וְדָבָר בְּטֶרֶם יָבֹא לָעוֹלָם מַכְרִיזִים עָלָיו בָּרָקִיעַ, וּמִשָּׁם מִתְפַּשֵּׁט בָּעוֹלָם וְנִתָּן עַל יְדֵי הַכָּרוֹז, וְהַכֹּל מִשּׁוּם שֶׁכָּתוּב (עמוס ג) כִּי לֹא יַעֲשֶׂה ה’ אֱלֹהִים דָּבָר כִּי אִם גָּלָה סוֹדוֹ אֶל עֲבָדָיו הַנְּבִיאִים, בִּזְמַן שֶׁנְּבִיאִים נִמְצָאִים בָּעוֹלָם, וְאִם לֹא – אַף עַל גַּב שֶׁנְּבוּאָה לֹא שׁוֹרָה, חֲכָמִים עֲדִיפִים מִנְּבִיאִים, וְאִם לֹא – נִתָּן בַּחֲלוֹם, וְאִם לֹא – הַדָּבָר נִמְצָא בְּצִפֳּרֵי הַשָּׁמַיִם, וַהֲרֵי בֵּאֲרוּהָ.\n<\/div>\n

\nRabbi Chiya and Rabbi Yossi came to Rabbi Shimon and said; we learned that a dream without interpretation is like a letter that wasn’t open. The question is if the dream fulfills itself without knowing the time and process, or it doesn’t manifest at all.
\nRabbi Shimon answered that the dream is realized but without being known to the person who dreamt of it. There is a force behind the dream that is revealed through the dream. This force becomes known through the dream and it must come to existence because it was already released.<\/p>\n

\nAmos 3:7<\/a>
\n“כִּי לֹא יַעֲשֶׂה אֲדֹנָי יְהוִה דָּבָר כִּי אִם גָּלָה סוֹדוֹ אֶל עֲבָדָיו הַנְּבִיאִים.”
\n“For YHVH<\/a> GOD does nothing without revealing his secret to his servants the prophets.”<\/p>\n

Everything that appears in this world must be announced first in heavens and then spread down to the world. The message was given to prophets when they were in the world. When there are no prophets, the message is given to the wise ones that can elevate themselves to the level where prophecies come from. If not to the wise then the message is delivered through dreams, and if not to them then the birds in the sky carry the message.<\/p>\n

Lesson;
\nThe true part of the dream (1\/60) is the force that was released from the upper levels and would be manifested in this world. There are dreams that come to the individuals to support their correction process<\/a>. When the force behind the dream is ‘intercepted’ and interpreted properly, it would manifest its maximum potential.
\nMany dreams are quickly forgotten but the force of the dream would be manifested sooner or later regardless of the person’s awareness.
\nSome people, and children, with special souls, can connect more easily than others to Chokmah<\/a> and Binah<\/a> (the ‘Wise” ones). They get messages in dreams more than others.
