Samuel came and saw Eliav, the firstborn of Yishai, who was tall and handsome. The soul is connected to the body in the blood and gives it the life force it needs to operate in this world. Death comes when the blood circulation stops and the soul leaves the body.<br>\nThe Torah forbids eating the animal with its blood. The kosher animals are not predators. They are herbivores, and mostly domesticated. They must go through a proper slaughtering process with blessings to release the soul. The animal flesh then becomes available for us to consume with blessings and elevate the sparks of Light that were part of that animal.<br>\nThe Torah laws about kosher eating protect us from taking a path that would change our soul negatively.<br>\nSome people drink animal&rsquo;s blood, especially from a strong predator type to get the energy that exists within that blood.
