86. מִכָּאן וָהָלְאָה, אִם תִּבְעָיוּן בְּעָיוּ. אִם תְּבַקְשׁוּ בַּקָּשַׁתְכֶם בִּתְפִלָּה לִפְנֵי הַמֶּלֶךְ הַקָּדוֹשׁ – בְּעָיוּ, הִתְפַּלְלוּ וּבַקְּשׁוּ בַּקָּשַׁתְכֶם וְשׁוּבוּ לְרִבּוֹנְכֶם. אֵתָיוּ – כְּמִי שֶׁעָתִיד לְקַבֵּל אֶת בָּנָיו וּלְרַחֵם עֲלֵיהֶם. אַף כָּךְ הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא, בֹּקֶר וְגַם לַיְלָה קָרָא וְאָמַר אֵתָיוּ. אַשְׁרֵי הָעָם הַקָּדוֹשׁ שֶׁרִבּוֹנָם מְבַקֵּשׁ עֲלֵיהֶם וְקוֹרֵא לָהֶם לְקָרְבָם אֵלָיו.

\nThe Israelites<\/a> are blessed because the Holy One Blessed be He invites their morning prayers like a father inviting his children to come to him so he can bestow from his love and kindness upon them.
\n#87
\nThe first man that accepts the invitation to come to the synagogue and pray, connects strongly to the Shechina. He stands as a Tzadik in front of her as the verse below reveals this secret.
\nProverbs 8:17<\/a>
\n“אֲנִי אהביה [אֹהֲבַי] אֵהָב וּמְשַׁחֲרַי יִמְצָאֻנְנִי׃”
\n“I love those who love me, And those who seek me early will find me.”
\nThe Zohar mentions Rabbi Yoḥanan in the Talmud that said: When the Holy One, Blessed be He, enters a synagogue and does not find ten people there, He immediately becomes angry, as it is stated: Isaiah 50:2<\/a>
\n“מַדּוּעַ בָּאתִי וְאֵין אִישׁ קָרָאתִי וְאֵין עוֹנֶה”
\n“Why, when I came, was no one there, Why, when I called, would none respond? ”<\/p>\n

\nIt is like a king that invites the people of a city to come on a specific time and place to meet with him. One person came early to the meeting place. The king came and asked, where are the people of the city and that person replied that he is early and the rest are getting ready and will come soon as the king ordered.
\nThe king was pleased with him and they had conversations together. They became closer with love to each other. In the meantime the other people came and the king was satisfied. He then sent them in peace.
\nIf there was no one early to welcome the king, he would have become angry and that explains Rabbi Yohanan’s statement above.<\/p>\n

Lesson;
\nPrayers are important spiritual communications between us and YHVH<\/a>. He expects and welcomes our prayers that are like proper vessels for the Light that he is ready to give us. The morning prayers are the most important because the Light of this connection impacts the whole day.
\nThose who pray regularly know the best times for prayers.
\nIt’s better to start the prayer before sunrise and plan to get to the silent prayer, Amida<\/a>, exactly when the first ray of the sun appears in the Horizon. The Light of Chassadim<\/a> of the morning is the best nourishment for our souls.
\nThe afternoon prayer is also important and it was made to protect us from judgment forces that increase their presence after midday. Friday afternoon is different because, after midday, the light of Shabbat increases and the judgments are pushed away.
\nThe night prayer is for protection from the night forces and unifies us with YHVH<\/a> with the Shema Israel<\/a> prayer. For those who are too busy or have difficulties to make the entire night prayer, they can do just the complete Shema Israel<\/a> before going to sleep.<\/p>\n
