is the form of levirate marriage that is a Torah precept. As specified by Deuteronomy 25:5&ndash;10, the brother of a man who died without children is asked to marry the widow in order to have a continuation of life for the dead husband.The soul of the deceased husband is incarnated in the child of the Yibum marriage.
