בְּרָקִים מִצַּד הַצַּדִּיק, שֶׁנֶּאֱמַר בּוֹ וְיָצָא כַבָּרָק חִצּוֹ, עָנָן זוֹ הַשְּׁכִינָה הַכְּלוּלָה מִשִּׁבְעָה עַנְנֵי כָבוֹד, שֶׁבּוֹ מִתְכַּסִּים קוֹלוֹת וּבְרָקִים, וּמִצַּד הַיָּמִין נִקְרֵאת עָנָן, וּמִצַּד הַשְּׂמֹאל עֲרָפֶל. זֶהוּ שֶׁכָּתוּב וּמֹשֶׁה נִגַּשׁ אֶל הָעֲרָפֶל אֲשֶׁר שָׁם הָאֱלֹהִי”ם. וְעוֹד, אָנֹכִי זוֹ שְׁכִינָה הַתַּחְתּוֹנָה, וְסוֹד הַדָּבָר – אָנֹכִי אָנֹכִי הוּא מְנַחֶמְכֶם. הָאֵם הָעֶלְיוֹנָה אָנֹכִי לְמַעְלָה, אָנֹכִי הָאֵם הַתַּחְתּוֹנָה לְמַטָּה, עַל שְׁתֵּיהֶן נֶאֱמַר רְאוּ עַתָּה כִּי אֲנִי אֲנִי הוּא, כְּשִׁמְךָ אֱלֹהִי”ם כֵּן תְּהִלָּתֶךָ עַל קַצְוֵי אֶרֶץ. \n<\/div>\n

\nContinue from previous Daily Zohar<\/p>\n

On the morning of the day the Torah was revaled on Mount Sinai, the people got out to see the mountain covered with voices, lightnings, clouds and the sound of Shofar<\/a>.<\/p>\n

As we explained previously, the sounds came from Binah<\/a>. The lightnings are the aspect of the righteous who channel and reveal the light in this world. The seven types of clouds of glory are the aspect of the Shechina and they let the voices and the lightnings be revealed.<\/p>\n

Exodus 19:9<\/a> “וַיֹּאמֶר יְהוָה אֶל-מֹשֶׁה, הִנֵּה אָנֹכִי בָּא אֵלֶיךָ בְּעַב הֶעָנָן”
\n“And YHVH<\/a> said to Moses: ‘Lo, I come unto you in a thick cloud”<\/p>\n

The cloud is the aspect of Right column<\/a> and the aspect of Chessed<\/a> and Mercy.<\/p>\n

Exodus 20:17<\/a>
\n“וַיַּעֲמֹד הָעָם, מֵרָחֹק; וּמֹשֶׁה נִגַּשׁ אֶל-הָעֲרָפֶל, אֲשֶׁר-שָׁם הָאֱלֹהִים”
\n“And the people stood afar off, and Moses approached the ‘fog’ where Elokim is there.”
\nThe ‘Fog’, which is a ‘heavy’ cloud hovering closer to earth is the aspect of Left Column<\/a> and Gevurah<\/a>. Moses needed to come to God, the right, through the left, in order to come closer to YHVH<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Air and Water represent Chessed<\/a>. When we are able to create a mix of water and air with the power of our minds we will be able to move between dimensions and in space as we like. That’s what Moses did to ascend to the top of the Mountain and speak to God face to face.<\/p>\n

There are stories about Kabbalists that were seen going into some kind of cloud or haze and disappear from human view. This is one way to do ‘קפיצת הדרך’, which is a method of ‘jumping’ distances with mind and conscious control.<\/p>\n
