123. תָּמִים תִּהְיֶה עִם ה’ אֱלֹהֶיךָ וַדַּאי, כְּמוֹ שֶׁהוּא תָּמִים, כְּלָל אֶחָד, גַּם אַתָּה תִהְיֶה עִמּוֹ תָּמִים, עִמּוֹ וַדַּאי. בַּמֶּה נַעֲשֶׂה בֶּן אָדָם תָּמִים, שֶׁיִּהְיֶה תָ”ם יָ”ם? תָּ”ם – כְּמוֹ שֶׁנִּתְבָּאֵר. יָ”ם – כָּל אוֹתָן דְּרָגוֹת קְדוֹשׁוֹת שֶׁלּוֹ נִקְרָאִים יָ”ם, וְלֹא נִפְרָדִים מִמֶּנּוּ לְעוֹלָמִים. \n124. כָּעֵת פֵּרַשׁ מַה שֶּׁפֵּרַשׁ בַּיְשִׁיבָה, שֶׁהַלְּבָנָה הַקְּדוֹשָׁה יָפָה הִיא בְּלֹבֶן, וְכָל הַגְּוָנִים נוֹצְצִים בָּהּ וּמְרֻקָּמִים, וְהִיא כְּאוֹתוֹ יֹפִי וְלֹבֶן הַשֶּׁמֶשׁ מַמָּשׁ. וּבְאוֹתוֹ הַיָּם שֶׁלָּהּ בְּתוֹךְ שִׁבְעִים שָׁנָה יוֹצֵא דָג אֶחָד, וּמוֹצִיא מִמֶּנָּה גָּוֶן תְּכֵלֶת, וְהִיא לוֹקַחַת גָּוֶן זֶה וּמַתְקִינָה אוֹתוֹ, וּמִתְחַפָּה בַחוּץ בַּגָּוֶן הַזֶּה. לֹא שֶׁגָּוֶן זֶה הוּא לְבוּשָׁהּ, שֶׁהֲרֵי (משלי לא) שֵׁשׁ וְאַרְגָּמָן לְבוּשָׁהּ. אֲבָל צִפּוּי חִיצוֹנִי הוּא הַגָּוֶן הַזֶּה. כְּמוֹ זֶה הָיָה הַמִּשְׁכָּן, שֶׁכֻּלּוֹ בְּיֹפִי מְרֻקָּם לִפְנִים, וְאַחַר כָּךְ – (במדבר ד) וּפָרְשׂוּ בֶגֶד כְּלִיל תְּכֵלֶת. מָה הַטַּעַם? מִשּׁוּם שֶׁתַּחַת יָם זֶה יֵשׁ מְצוּלוֹת יָ”ם, כְּלָל שֶׁל זָכָר וּנְקֵבָה, וְיֵשׁ לָהֶם עַיִן הָרָע לְהִסְתַּכֵּל. וּכְשֶׁמִּסְתַּכְּלִים, מִזְדַּמֵּן לְעֵינֵיהֶם צֶבַע תְּכֵלֶת, וְלֹא יְכוֹלָה עֵינָם לִשְׁלֹט, וְהִיא מִתְתַּקֶּנֶת לִפְנִים בְּכָל גְּוָנִים מְרֻקָּמִים כָּרָאוּי, מִתְתַּחְמִים לְאַרְבַּעַת צִדְדֵי הָעוֹלָם.<\/div>\n

Zohar Shelach Lecha<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nDeuteronomy 18:13<\/a> “תָּמִים תִּהְיֶה עִם יְהוָה אֱלֹהֶיךָ” “You shall be blameless (תָּמִים, Tamim) before YHVH<\/a> your God.”
\nThe Torah asks us to be ‘Tamim’, in the aspect of complete and pure because YHVH<\/a> is revealed with the Zeir Anpin<\/a> and Malchut<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Zeir Anpin<\/a> has Chassadim<\/a> from the Right and Chokmah<\/a> from the Left that is the secret of ‘תם’, ’Tam’. Malchut<\/a> is ‘ים’, ’im’ that is the secret of the holy levels in Malchut<\/a>. The connection from Malchut<\/a> with Holiness to Zeir Anpin<\/a> makes the state of ‘תמים’, ‘Tamim’, which is what the Torah asks us to be. In that state, we can receive the Alef ‘א’ from the ‘ואו’, Vav of Zeir Anpin<\/a> and create the connection to ‘אמת’, Truth.
\nThe Zohar tells us to do the connection of ‘תם’ and ‘ים’ every day.<\/p>\n

\nThe moon is the aspect of Malchut<\/a> and its white color is the light of Chessed<\/a>. All the colors are in the white, including the light of Chokmah<\/a>. It reveals the white color from the Sun that is Zeir Anpin<\/a>.
\nMalchut<\/a> receives the three Lines<\/a> from the Sun. The Right with the white color, the Left with the red color and green in the Center. The color of Malchut<\/a> is black or blue (Light blue).
\nThe letters ‘ים’ ‘im’ that represent the holiness in Malchut<\/a>, literally means ‘Sea’. From this sea comes the color blue that protects Malchut<\/a> from the forces of the other-side<\/a>.
\nMost of the tools used in the Holy Tabernacle were covered with blue cloth to protect them from the negative side and evil eyes.
\nNumbers 4:6<\/a>
\n“וְנָתְנוּ עָלָיו כְּסוּי עוֹר תַּחַשׁ וּפָרְשׂוּ בֶגֶד כְּלִיל תְּכֵלֶת מִלְמָעְלָה וְשָׂמוּ בַּדָּיו.”
\n“Then they shall put on it a covering of badger skins, and spread over that a cloth entirely of blue; and they shall insert its poles.”
\nThe sea depths that under the blue sea have male and female aspects with evil eyes. When they see the blue color they lose the power they have in their eyes and they can’t inflict harm.<\/p>\n

Lesson;
\nThe Blue color protects from evil eyes and the negativity from the dark side of Malchut<\/a>. Many people buy objects that look like blue eyes and or Hamsa for protection but the best protection is to avoid Jealousy. If we look at people or things with jealousy we bring weakness into our eyes and allow evil eyes to affect us easily.<\/p>\n

Psalms 33:18<\/a>
\n“הִנֵּה עֵין יְהוָה, אֶל-יְרֵאָיו; לַמְיַחֲלִים לְחַסְדּוֹ.”
\n“Behold, the eye of YHVH<\/a> is on those who fear (see with awe) him, on those who hope in his steadfast love,”
\nGod’s eye (The eye of protection) is always on those who look to him for protection. It means that we need to have a vessel for the Light in order to have protection. Daily Zohar studies and avoiding negative places and people add to our protection.<\/p>\n

Another began and said: One who enters a city and fears the evil eye<\/b> should <\/span>hold the thumb [<\/b>zekafa<\/i><\/b>] of his right hand in his left hand and the thumb of his left hand in his right hand and recite the following: I, so-and-so son of so-and-so, come from the descendants of Joseph<\/a>,<\/b> over whom <\/span>the evil eye has no dominion, as it is stated: “Joseph<\/a> is a fruitful vine, a fruitful vine by a fountain [<\/b>alei ayin<\/i><\/b>];<\/b> its branches run over the wall” (Genesis 49:22<\/a>). <\/span>Do not read<\/b> it as <\/span>alei ayin<\/i><\/b>; but rather,<\/b> read it as <\/span>olei ayin<\/i><\/b>, who rise above the eye<\/b> and the evil eye has no dominion over him. <\/span>Rabbi Yosei, son of Rabbi Ḥanina, said:<\/b> Derive it <\/span>from here,<\/b> from what is stated in Jacob’s blessing of Joseph<\/a>’s sons: <\/span>“And let them grow like fish into a multitude in the midst of the earth”<\/b> (Genesis 48:16<\/a>): <\/span>Just as fish in the sea are covered by water and the evil eye has no dominion over them<\/b> as they cannot be seen, <\/span>so too the offspring of Joseph<\/a>, the evil eye has no dominion over them. And if he is concerned about his own evil eye,<\/b> lest it damages others, he should <\/span>look at the side of his left nostril.<\/b><\/p>\n
