It refers to the silent prayer that we do while standing. It is on the level of Atzilut that is pure and on the highest level. For that reason, we stand and recite the prayers by moving our lips without sound.Prayer at the Kotel (Western Wall)&amp;amp;nbsp;&lt;\/div&gt;\" href=\"https:\/\/staging.dailyzohar.com\/?glossary=amida\" data-gt-translate-attributes=\"[{&quot;attribute&quot;:&quot;data-cmtooltip&quot;, &quot;format&quot;:&quot;html&quot;}]\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">Amida<\/a> prayer, one should separate himself from his sins by asking forgiveness.
