He asks about the meaning of  &ldquo;Even the sparrow has found a home&rdquo; and Rabbi Elazar answers that he learned that the sparrow bird is a Holy soul. The word &lsquo;bird&rsquo;, &lsquo;sparrow&rsquo;, in Hebrew  &lsquo;&#1491;&#1512;&#1493;&#1512;&rsquo;, also means &lsquo;freedom&rsquo;. It has the light of <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Binah&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;When it is related to the Sefirot, &amp;#039;Mother&amp;#039; represents Binah. We achieve this additional light in this world by following the ways of the Torah with the general rule &amp;quot;Do good and avoid bad&rdquo;. The Heart is the center for the Ruach.&amp;lt;strong&amp;gt;Neshama&amp;lt;\/strong&amp;gt; is the highest level of Light that can be achieved in this world. Righteous people that already have the level of Ruach and act selflessly for the benefit of others, can achieve the level of Neshama.
