\nPsalms 34:3<\/a>
\n“בַּיהוָה תִּתְהַלֵּל נַפְשִׁי יִשְׁמְעוּ עֲנָוִים וְיִשְׂמָחוּ.”
\n“My soul shall rejoice in YHVH<\/a>; The humble shall hear of it and be glad.”
\nRabbi Shimon says; all my life I was meditating on this verse and now that I am leaving the world, I am fulfilling the words “My soul shall rejoice in YHVH<\/a>”. With my efforts to adhere to him my soul will ascend to its proper place.
\n‘The humble shall hear of it ’ are all the Tzadikim in the upper Holy Yeshiva<\/a>, and the Tzadikim that came down with the Shechina to be with me on my last day. They are happy to listen to my words and for that we say;
\nPsalms 34:4<\/a>
\n“גַּדְּלוּ לַיהוָה אִתִּי וּנְרוֹמְמָה שְׁמוֹ יַחְדָּו.”
\n“Oh, magnify YHVH<\/a> with me, And let us exalt His name together.”<\/p>\n

\nGenesis 36:31<\/a>
\n“וְאֵלֶּה הַמְּלָכִים אֲשֶׁר מָלְכוּ בְּאֶרֶץ אֱדוֹם לִפְנֵי מְלָךְ מֶלֶךְ לִבְנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל.”
\n“Now these were the kings who reigned in the land of Edom before any king reigned over the children of Israel<\/a>:”
\nPsalms 48:5<\/a>
\n“כִּי הִנֵּה הַמְּלָכִים נוֹעֲדוּ עָבְרוּ יַחְדָּו.”
\n“For behold, the kings assembled, They passed by together.”<\/p>\n

The word ‘Edom’ ‘אדום’ also means ‘red’ and the Zohar reveals that the kings ‘assembled’ in the place where judgments hold. ‘They passed by together’ means that these seven kings came to reign one after the other but their vessel broke and they died because the kingdom and the Holy City that is Malchut<\/a> were not ready.<\/p>\n

\nGenesis 36:39<\/a>
\n“וַיָּמָת בַּעַל חָנָן בֶּן עַכְבּוֹר וַיִּמְלֹךְ תַּחְתָּיו הֲדַר וְשֵׁם עִירוֹ פָּעוּ וְשֵׁם אִשְׁתּוֹ מְהֵיטַבְאֵל בַּת מַטְרֵד בַּת מֵי זָהָב.”
\n“And when Baal-Hanan the son of Achbor died, Hadar reigned in his place; and the name of his city was Pau. His wife’s name was Mehetabel, the daughter of Matred, the daughter of Mezahab.”<\/p>\n

After the death of the seventh king, Baal-Hanan, Hadar reigned in his place and didn’t die because he was with is wife ‘מְהֵיטַבְאֵל’,’Mehetabel’ that represented Malchut<\/a> and a strong vessel.<\/p>\n

Psalms 48:9<\/a>
\n“כַּאֲשֶׁר שָׁמַעְנוּ כֵּן רָאִינוּ בְּעִיר יְהוָה צְבָאוֹת בְּעִיר אֱלֹהֵינוּ אֱלֹהִים יְכוֹנְנֶהָ עַד עוֹלָם סֶלָה.”
\n“As we have heard, So we have seen In the city of YHVH<\/a> of hosts, In the city of our God: God will establish it forever. Selah”<\/p>\n

Lesson;
\nThe verse from Psalms 34:4<\/a> “Oh, magnify YHVH<\/a> with me, And let us exalt His name together.” is recited every time we bring the Torah out for reading because with each reading and studying we reveal the Light of YHVH<\/a> and ‘Exalt his name’.<\/p>\n

The story of the seven kings concealed the process of creating the Ten Sefirot. I will have a video that explains this process. It will be sent out in a separate email.<\/p>\n
