94. רַבִּי יוֹסֵי בֶּן רַבִּי יְהוּדָה הָלַךְ לִרְאוֹת אֶת רַבִּי חִיָּיא. אָמַר לוֹ, יֹאמַר מַר אִם שָׁמַע אֶת הַפָּרָשָׁה הַזּוֹ, אֵיךְ אָמְרוּ בַּעֲלֵי הַבָּרַיְתָא שֶׁפֵּרְשׁוּהָ בְּעִנְיַן הַנְּשָׁמָה. אָמַר, אַשְׁרֵי חֶלְקָם שֶׁל הַצַּדִּיקִים בָּעוֹלָם הַבָּא, שֶׁכָּךְ הַתּוֹרָה הִיא בְּלִבָּם כְּמַעְיָן גָּדוֹל שֶׁל מַיִם, שֶׁאַף עַל גַּב שֶׁסּוֹתְמִים אוֹתוֹ – מֵרֹב הַמַּיִם פּוֹתְחִים מַעְיָנוֹת שֶׁנּוֹבְעִים לְכָל עֵבֶר.
\n95. בֹּא תִשְׁמַע, רַבִּי יוֹסֵי, אָהוּב אַתָּה. אֲנִי אֹמַר לְךָ בַּפָּרָשָׁה הַזּוֹ, לְעוֹלָם אֵין גּוּף הָאָדָם נִכְנָס בְּחֶשְׁבּוֹן הַצַּדִּיקִים עַל יַד דּוּמָה, עַד שֶׁתַּרְאֶה הַנְּשָׁמָה פִּנְקָס סִימָן שֶׁנּוֹתְנִים לָהּ הַכְּרוּבִים בְּגַן עֵדֶן. אָמַר רַבִּי יוֹסֵי, אֲנִי שָׁמַעְתִּי שֶׁהִנֵּה הַנְּשָׁמָה, אַחַר שֶׁנִּכְנֶסֶת לְשָׁם, הִיא הוֹלֶכֶת לַעֲלוֹת לִמְקוֹמָהּ לְמַעְלָה, וְלֹא לָרֶדֶת לְמַטָּה. אֲבָל קֹדֶם שֶׁתַּעֲלֶה וְתִכָּנֵס, נַעֲשֵׂית אֶפּוֹטְרוֹפּוֹס הַגּוּף עַל יַד דּוּמָה, וּמַרְאָה לוֹ שֶׁרָאוּי הוּא לְקַבֵּל שָׂכָר אַרְבַּע מֵאוֹת עוֹלָמוֹת.
\n96. אָמַר רַבִּי חִיָּיא, הִנֵּה רַבִּי אֶלְעָזָר אָמַר, שֶׁהֲרֵי דּוּמָה יוֹדֵעַ קֹדֶם, מִשּׁוּם שֶׁמַּכְרִיזִים עָלֶיהָ בְּגַן עֵדֶן. אֲבָל אֲנִי כָּךְ שָׁמַעְתִּי – שֶׁבִּזְמַן שֶׁנּוֹתְנִים לָהּ פִּנְקָס, חוֹזֶרֶת עַל הַגּוּף לְהַכְנִיסוֹ בַּפֶּתֶק שֶׁל הַצַּדִּיקִים עַל יְדֵי דוּמָה. זֶהוּ שֶׁכָּתוּב אַךְ אִם אַתָּה לוּ שְׁמָעֵנִי נָתַתִּי כֶּסֶף הַשָּׂדֶה קַח מִמֶּנִּי. מַה זֶּה כֶּסֶף הַשָּׂדֶה? זֶה הַכִּסּוּף שֶׁל אַרְבַּע מֵאוֹת הָעוֹלָמוֹת שֶׁנּוֹתְנִים לוֹ לִירֻשָּׁה.<\/div>\n

Zohar Chayei Sarah<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nRabbi Yossi, son of Rabbi Yehuda, went to see Rabbi Chiya. He asked him if he heard the study of the sages about the purchase of the Cave of the Machpelah as related to the body and soul. Abraham as an aspect of the soul and Sarah as the aspect of the body.
\nBlessed is the portion of the Tzadikim in the world to come for they have the Torah in their hearts like a big spring. Even when the spring is closed, the water will burst and open the spring again flowing everywhere.<\/p>\n

\nRabbi Chiya explains that the souls of the righteous are registered differently with Duma<\/a>, who is the angel that keeps accounts on all the dead. The souls of Tzadikim ascend first up to Binah<\/a>, to the Garden of Eden, and not down to Malchut<\/a>. The soul receives a special note that is shown to the angel Duma<\/a>. He is appointed to keep the body that receives a reward of four hundred worlds.<\/p>\n

\nRabbi Chiya quotes Rabbi Elazar explaining that Duma<\/a> already knows that the body of the Tzadik is rewarded with 400 worlds when it is announced in the Garden of Eden. When the soul receives the note, she returns to the body so Duma<\/a> can register it properly. As it is written in Genesis 23:15<\/a>
\n“אֲדֹנִי שְׁמָעֵנִי אֶרֶץ אַרְבַּע מֵאֹת שֶׁקֶל כֶּסֶף בֵּינִי וּבֵינְךָ מַה הִוא וְאֶת מֵתְךָ קְבֹר.”
\n“My lord, listen to me; the land is worth four hundred shekels of silver. What is that between you and me? So bury your dead.”
\nThe ‘worth of the land’ is the 400 worlds that are given to the Tzadik for inheritance.

\nLesson;
\nA Tzadik receives from the Light of the Center column<\/a>. It purifies his body and prepares it for the time of the Resurrection. The corporeal body of a tzadik doesn’t decay because of his dedication to the Light that pushes away all types of negativity.<\/p>\n
