The first candle of Hanukkah is on Thursday night (December 10th, 2020). Because Shabbat holds the Light for the entire week, it means that the Light of Hanukkah appears on this Shabbat. This Shabbat is also the 19th of Kislev a day that Chabad celebrates as the “Holiday of Redemption” because of the miracles that happened to the founder of Chabad on this day.<\/p>\n

Kislev is a month of Miracles, giving us an easier connection to the upper levels with our studies, prayers, and good deeds. the most important rule for this month and every day DO GOOD AND AVOID BAD.<\/strong><\/p><\/div><\/div>
\nZohar Vayishlach<\/strong>\n

\nThe Torah forbids eating the sinew of the hip because every body part has a spiritual root. If the body part of the animal is good then it strengthens the parallel body part of the person. The sinew of the hip holds the evil inclination and it is eaten then it affects the person negatively.
\nThe Israelites<\/a> are on the Right, and the other nations are on the Left. It doesn’t affect them as the Israelites<\/a> because the evil inclination is also on the left.<\/p>\n

\nThe human body has 248 body parts corresponding to the 248 positive precepts in the Torah. They represent 248 angels that are garments for the Shechina.<\/p>\n

\nThe human body has 365 sinews corresponding to the 365 precepts of forbidden actions. The Sinew of the hip is one of them and against the 365 days of the year. The ninth of Av is one of these days and corresponds to the angel Sama-l<\/a>, who is one of the 365 angels that govern the 365 days of the year. For that reason, the Torah forbids eating the sinew of the hip, including on the ninth of Av. We do not eat on this day that is the day of Sama-l<\/a>, and the aspect of the sinew of the hip.<\/p>\n

Lesson;
\nAs we learned above the food we eat affects the body because every body part has a spiritual root. The Torah laws related to Kosher food are important on the spiritual level. The nutrition facts represent the level of Malchut<\/a> but the energy of the food affects the spiritual root that nourishes us spiritually.
\nBecause it is a parallel system, if don’t follow the 365 precepts of ‘you shall not do…’, we affect the different aspect of our lives and body.
\nOne of the important precepts (Exodus 23:1<\/a>) “You shall not circulate a false report”.
\nThe Talmud (https:\/\/www.sefaria.org\/Arakhin.15b.21?lang=bi&with=all&lang2=en) says that evil speech kills three people. It kills the one who speaks malicious speech, and the one who accepts the malicious speech when he hears it, and the one about whom the malicious speech is said.<\/p>\n

The body parts that are affected by evil speech are the heart, lung, and mouth. The heart will become meaner, the lungs would be sensitive to viral infection, and the mouth would speak unintentional words that put the person in ‘troubles’.<\/p>\n
