114. רַבִּי יוֹסֵי פָּתַח וְאָמַר, (קהלת ו) כָּל עֲמַל אָדָם לְפִיהוּ וְגוֹ’. הִסְתַּכַּלְתִּי בְּדִבְרֵי שְׁלֹמֹה הַמֶּלֶךְ, וְכֻלָּם אֲחוּזִים בְּחָכְמָה עֶלְיוֹנָה. כָּל עֲמַל אָדָם לְפִיהוּ, הַפָּסוּק הַזֶּה בְּשָׁעָה שֶׁדָּנִים אֶת הָאָדָם בְּאוֹתוֹ הָעוֹלָם כָּתוּב. כָּל אוֹתוֹ הַדִּין, וְכָל מַה שֶּׁסּוֹבֵל בְּאוֹתוֹ הָעוֹלָם וְנוֹקְמִים מִמֶּנּוּ נִקְמַת הָעוֹלָם – לְפִיהוּ, בִּשְׁבִיל פִּיהוּ שֶׁלֹּא שָׁמַר אוֹתוֹ וְטִמֵּא אוֹתוֹ אֶת נַפְשׁוֹ, וְלֹא נִדְבַּק לְצַד הַחַיִּים לְצַד הַיָּמִין. וְגַם הַנֶּפֶשׁ לֹא תִמָּלֵא, לֹא תִשְׁתַּלֵּם דִּינָהּ לְעוֹלָם וּלְעוֹלְמֵי עוֹלָמִים. דָּבָר אַחֵר לֹא תִמָּלֵא, לֹא תִשְׁתַּלֵּם לַעֲלוֹת לִמְקוֹמָהּ לְעוֹלָמִים, מִשּׁוּם שֶׁהֲרֵי הִיא נִטְמְאָה וְנִדְבְּקָה לַצַּד הָאַחֵר.
\n115. רַבִּי יִצְחָק אָמַר, כָּל מִי שֶׁנִּטְמָא בָהֶם, כְּאִלּוּ עָבַד לַעֲבוֹדָה זָרָה, שֶׁהִיא תּוֹעֲבַת ה’, וְכָתוּב לֹא תֹאכַל כָּל תּוֹעֵבָה. מִי שֶׁעוֹבֵד לַעֲבוֹדָה זָרָה, יוֹצֵא מִצַּד הַחַיִּים, יוֹצֵא מֵרְשׁוּת הַקְּדֻשָּׁה וְנִכְנָס לְרָשׁוּת אַחֶרֶת. אַף מִי שֶׁנִּטְמָא בַּמַּאֲכָלוֹת הַלָּלוּ, יוֹצֵא מִצַּד הַחַיִּים, וְיוֹצֵא מֵרְשׁוּת הַקְּדֻשָּׁה וְנִכְנָס לְרָשׁוּת אַחֶרֶת. וְלֹא עוֹד, אֶלָּא שֶׁנִּטְמָא בָּעוֹלָם הַזֶּה וּבָעוֹלָם הַבָּא, וְלָכֵן כָּתוּב וְנִטְמֵתֶם בָּם בְּלִי א’.<\/div>\n

Zohar Shemini<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nEcclesiastes 6:7<\/a>
\n“כָּל עֲמַל הָאָדָם לְפִיהוּ וְגַם הַנֶּפֶשׁ לֹא תִמָּלֵא.”
\n“All the labor of man is for his mouth, And yet the soul is not satisfied.”
\nRabbi Yossi explains the words of King Solomon who wrote Ecclesiastes, saying that Solomon with his superior wisdom reveals that when a person is judged in the world above, it goes according to the impurity he inflicted on his soul. When a person doesn’t watch his mouth from connecting to negativity, the court above takes revenge on him.
\n“And yet the soul is not satisfied” means that the soul worries that the judgment may not cleanse the impurity from her and she won’t be able to ascend higher because of the impurity that came from the other side<\/a>. <\/p>\n

\nRabbi Yitzchak says that those who become impure by eating the forbidden animals considered as if they worship idols because they separate themselves from the side of life and holiness and move under the control of the other side<\/a>. Furthermore, their impurity stays with them in this world and carried to the next.<\/p>\n

Lesson;
\nThe food we consume transfers the spiritual energy from the food into our bodies. Different body functions process the food, break it down and transform it into energy that spreads all over the body. The soul level of Nefesh<\/a> resides in the blood that maintains the life force in every cell in the body. When the blood is contaminated with impure energy coming from the food, it affects the soul.<\/p>\n
