Why?
The sages teach us that to remember the studies we need to repeat them, and they’re still a difference in the level of understanding between a person that studies the same subject 100 times to the one that studied the same 101 times.
Olives without olive oil hurt the memory, but olive oil is good to retain memory. It’s always good to add olive oil on top of regular pickled olives.
If during prayers or studies we remember our ‘sins’ or anything negative that we did, it means that we need to correct this issue.
Wearing two items of clothes as one contributes to forgetfulness. The same with removing two items together. The reason is that our clothes are part of the surrounding light and if we wear two at the same time then the external blocks the inner one. If you wear two socks, put them one by one and remove them one at a time.
Read the above twice so you can remember it.

{||}

Click/Touch here to listen to the Daily Zohar

<img decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-21" title="Daily Zohar Pinchas-3635 Scanning from right to left top to bottom" src="https://staging.dailyzohar.com/wp-content/uploads/parashot/images/dzp-3635.gif" alt="Holy Zohar text.
