276. וְדָוִד הַמֶּלֶךְ אָמַר, (תהלים יא) כִּי הִנֵּה הָרְשָׁעִים יִדְרְכוּן קֶשֶׁת כּוֹנְנוּ וְגוֹ’. וְאַף עַל גַּב שֶׁפָּסוּק זֶה הֲרֵי פֵּרְשׁוּהוּ, עַל שֶׁבְנָא וְיוֹאָח הַמְמֻנִּים שֶׁל חִזְקִיָּה נֶאֱמַר. אֲבָל פָּסוּק זֶה עַל סָמָאֵ”ל וְסִיעָתוֹ גַּם כָּךְ נֶאֱמַר, שֶׁכָּל מַעֲשָׂיו וַעֲצוֹתָיו הֵם עַל יִשְׂרָאֵל. בָּלָק וּבִלְעָם אוֹתוֹ דֶּרֶךְ מַמָּשׁ נָקְטוּ, וַהֲרֵי נִתְבָּאֵר שֶׁחִבּוּר רָע עָשׂוּ. אָמְרוּ, עֲמָלֵ”ק – עַ”ם לָ”ק, עַם שֶׁהִלְקָה אוֹתָם כְּנָחָשׁ שֶׁמַּכֶּה בִזְנָבוֹ. הֲרֵי אָנוּ יוֹתֵר. בָּלָ”ק – בָּ”א לָ”ק, בָּא מִי שֶׁמַּלְקֶה אוֹתָם בִּרְצוֹנוֹ. בִּלְעָ”ם – בַּ”ל עַ”ם, אֵין עַם וְאֵין רוֹעֶה. שֵׁם שֶׁלָּנוּ גּוֹרֵם לְהַשְׁמִידָם וְלַעֲקֹר אוֹתָם מִן הָעוֹלָם.<\/div>\n
277. וְהַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא חָשַׁב בְּגָוֶן אַחֵר אֶת שְׁמוֹתיהֶם. בְּבָלָק בַּ”ל, בְּבִלְעָם בַּ”ל – הֲרֵי בִּלְבֵּ”ל. אֵיזֶה אוֹתִיּוֹת נִשְׁאֲרוּ? עֵמֶ”ק. בִּלְבֵּל עֹמֶק מַחֲשַׁבְתָּם שֶׁלֹּא יִשְׁלְטוּ בָעוֹלָם וְלֹא יִשָּׁאֲרוּ בָעוֹלָם.<\/div>\n

Zohar Balak<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nPsalms 11:2<\/a>
\n“כִּי הִנֵּה הָרְשָׁעִים יִדְרְכוּן קֶשֶׁת כּוֹנְנוּ חִצָּם עַל יֶתֶר לִירוֹת בְּמוֹ אֹפֶל לְיִשְׁרֵי לֵב.”
\n“For look! The wicked bend their bow, They make ready their arrow on the string, That they may shoot secretly at the upright in heart.”
\nThese words were originally directed toward Shevna and Yoach, who were ministers of King Chezkiya, and here it refers to Sam-l and his followers that all their advice and actions were against Israel<\/a>. Balak and Balaam joined with an evil partnership, using the same methods of Sam-l and his followers.
\nThe name Amalek can be read as ‘עם לק’ that means ‘עם,’ ‘a Nation’ that ‘לקה’ ‘strike,’ implying that Amalek strikes Israel<\/a> like a snake<\/a> strikes with his tail. Balak and Balaam assumed that if Amalek could inflict harm on Israel<\/a>, then they are stronger than him because ‘בלק’ ‘Balak’ is ‘בא לק’ that means the one that comes and strikes as he wishes. Balaam ‘בל עם’ means one without a nation or leader. They thought that their name is strong enough to destroy and eradicate Israel<\/a> from the world.<\/p>\n

\nThe Holy One Blessed be He saw their names in a different way. Balak ‘בלק’ has ‘בל’ in the name, and the same ‘בל’ in the name of Balaam ‘בלעם.’ Together they make ‘בלבל’ that means confusion. The remaining letters from their names are ‘עמ’ from Balaam and ‘ק’ from Balak. These letters from the word ‘עמק’ mean ‘depth.’ The combination of their names caused a deep confusion in their thoughts and blocked them from the ability to govern the world. Also, they won’t remain in this world. <\/p>\n

Lesson;
\nThe verse above tells us that the wicked target the honest people, those with good hearts and faith<\/a>. The good side has Light that they want to dim, remove and control.
\nThe evil aspects of Balak and Balaam are currently in control of the world. They secretly attack the good people in their hearts, making them afraid and obey their rules. They wish to weaken the resistance of the good people by reducing their strength and making them dependent on them. They control the energy sources, the food sources, the health sources, and at the same time, they want to remove religions from the world so people won’t have hope in a redeemer of the Final Redemption. Without hope, people are lost and make their governments their God.
\nThey increase gas prices (another form of tax). They limit food production to create shortages to make people fight to get the little food that can be grabbed. When violence erupts, they can use force and suspend the local governing laws. Then they form a dictatorship that will never go back to democracy. If ‘Balak and Balaam’ and their followers are not stopped soon, we may experience difficult times ahead.
\nPay attention to what is going on in your country. Never assume that your government tells you the truth. Never lose faith<\/a> and certainty in Hashem<\/a>. He is our healer and provides our sustenance.
\nPsalm 145:16<\/a>
\n“פּוֹתֵחַ אֶת יָדֶךָ וּמַשְׂבִּיעַ לְכָל חַי רָצוֹן.”
\n“You open Your hand and satisfy the desire of every living thing.”<\/p>\n

We pray that Hashem<\/a> will confuse the thoughts and actions of the evil people and bring about Mashiach the Final Redemption today, Amen. <\/p>\n

The antidote is complete and unshaken faith<\/a> in Hashem<\/a>. Study every day to protect yourself, your family, and the world. <\/p>\n
