Why do we continue with the study of Zohar Balak?<\/h4>\n

We follow every Zohar portion study in sequence from paragraph #1 until the end of the portion. Some Zohar portions are shorter than others. When we finish a study of a specific Zohar portion, we continue with the last one or the following one. Since we have already finished the study of Zohar Pinchas, and Matot, I provided a link to a PDF with all the Zohar studies of Pinchas. You can also access any previous studies using the link in the top menu, “DAILY ZOHAR,” and select any of the portions. We also provide links to download previous Zohar studies (PDFs) on the home page.<\/p>\n

In the following Shabbat, we read the two portions of Matot and Masei, Zohar Matot is very short, and we completed it. There is no Zohar for Masei; we continued with Balak this week; the following week would be Devarim, but no Zohar for Devarim. The Kabbalists say that the study of Devarim is concealed in Balak. So we will continue with Balak for a few more weeks.<\/p>\n

I recommend to all to read the Torah portion of the week (Download link available on the home page) and study from other sources. The Daily Zohar provides over 13 years of daily studies of the Zohar and B”H I will have the energy and support of the Tzadikim to continue until we finish the study of the entire Zohar. \nThe people of Moab were shook by the ability of Balaam to connect to God, and they waited that night for that revelation. The people of Midian left, and later, they got punished for that. During the night, Balaam was doing his witchcraft and whispers to summon the forces from above.
\nNumbers 22:9<\/a>
\n“וַיָּבֹא אֱלֹהִים אֶל בִּלְעָם וַיֹּאמֶר מִי הָאֲנָשִׁים הָאֵלֶּה עִמָּךְ.”
\n“Then God came to Balaam and said, “Who are these men with you?”
\nThe Zohar explains that the ‘God’ that appeared to Balaam was a ‘God’ from the left side on the level of Balaam.

\n“Who are these men with you?” This question was supposed to come from Balaam’s God from the other side<\/a> that doesn’t know the answer. Here the Holy One, Blessed be He tests Balaam with the question. Balaam had a big ego, and to show his importance, he replied (Numbers 22:10<\/a>), “Balak the son of Zippor, king of Moab, has sent to me.”
\nThe Holy One, Blessed be He, put three people on a similar test. They were King Chizkiya, the prophet Ezekiel, and Balaam.
\nKing Chezkiya was asked and gave his own answer. (Isaiah 39:3<\/a>) “וַיָּבֹא יְשַׁעְיָהוּ הַנָּבִיא אֶל הַמֶּלֶךְ חִזְקִיָּהוּ וַיֹּאמֶר אֵלָיו מָה אָמְרוּ הָאֲנָשִׁים הָאֵלֶּה וּמֵאַיִן יָבֹאוּ אֵלֶיךָ וַיֹּאמֶר חִזְקִיָּהוּ מֵאֶרֶץ רְחוֹקָה בָּאוּ אֵלַי מִבָּבֶל.”
\n“Then Isaiah the prophet went to King Hezekiah and said to him, “What did these men say, and from where did they come to you?” So Hezekiah said, “They came to me from a far country, from Babylon.”<\/p>\n

Ezekiel 37:3<\/a>
\n“וַיֹּאמֶר אֵלַי בֶּן אָדָם הֲתִחְיֶינָה הָעֲצָמוֹת הָאֵלֶּה וָאֹמַר אֲדֹנָי יְהוִה אַתָּה יָדָעְתָּ.”
\n“And He said to me, “Son of man, can these bones live?” So I answered, “O YHVH<\/a> GOD, You know.”
\nOnly Ezekiel passed the test because he was humble and avoided answering any question coming from God. He knew that since Hashem<\/a> knew everything, who could answer his questions.
\nJob 12:23<\/a>
\n“מַשְׂגִּיא לַגּוֹיִם וַיְאַבְּדֵם שֹׁטֵחַ לַגּוֹיִם וַיַּנְחֵם.”
\n“He makes nations great and destroys them; He enlarges nations and guides them.”
\nThis verse tells us that Hashem<\/a> lets nations reach greatness, but at the same time, he can destroy them.<\/p>\n

Lesson;
\nMany people with ‘strength’ in this world are under the illusion that they have power. The verse above from Job tells us that Hashem<\/a> puts everyone to the test and can take away their control instantly.<\/p>\n

Leaders of nations and people in high positions with authority over others fall into the other side<\/a>’s hands. They believe that the power they have is theirs to keep and use as they wish. The greater level of control they have, the more evil they inflict on people.<\/p>\n

The world is now under the control of evil forces. Most people are under the ‘spell’ of the evil side, and they are unaware of their evil plan to take away any little freedom they have and enslave them. The evil side wants to take over their life force and use it to prolong their lives. It is worse than the slavery the children of Israel<\/a> experienced in Egypt. The sages tell us that Pharaoh slaughtered 150 children in the morning and 150 in the evening to wash his body with their blood. The adults used to do all the work for Pharaoh.
\nThe Pharaohs of this world control our health, our food, and everything else. The people of the world practically work for them (China model).
\nWe protect ourselves from evil by opening our eyes to see their evil and disconnect from it. We keep a strong faith<\/a> and certainty that Hashem<\/a> can and will remove them from the world.
\nThis is our test, and it would be good to remember, “He makes nations great and destroys them.” Hashem<\/a> raises them so we all can see and experience their evil before they are destroyed.<\/p>\n

Good days are coming, but before that, we are experiencing a period of darkness as they try to impose their final hold on our lives (Pandemic?!). They won’t let go of their power quickly, and only Hashem<\/a> can free us.<\/p>\n
