294. בָּכָה רַבִּי פִּנְחָס וְאָמַר, רִבּוֹן הָעוֹלָם הִתְרַחָשׁוּת נֵס זֶה עָשִׂיתָ בִּגְלָלִי, וְנִצְּלוּ אוֹתָם יְהוּדִים וְלֹא יָדַעְתִּי. פָּתַח וְאָמַר, (תהלים קלו) לְעֹשֵׂה נִפְלָאוֹת גְּדֹלוֹת לְבַדּוֹ כִּי לְעוֹלָם חַסְדּוֹ. כַּמָּה טוֹבוֹת עָשָׂה הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא עִם בְּנֵי הָאָדָם, וְכַמָּה נִסִּים מַרְחִישׁ לָהֶם בְּכָל יוֹם, וְלֹא יוֹדֵעַ, רַק הוּא בִּלְבַדּוֹ. אָדָם קָם בַּבֹּקֶר וְנָחָשׁ בָּא לְהָרְגוֹ, וְהָאָדָם שָׂם רַגְלוֹ עַל רֹאשׁוֹ וְהוֹרְגוֹ, וְלֹא יָדַע בָּזֶה הָאִישׁ, פְּרָט לַקָּדוֹשׁ-בָּרוּךְ-הוּא בִּלְבַדּוֹ – הָוֵי לְעֹשֵׂה נִפְלָאוֹת גְּדֹלוֹת לְבַדּוֹ. אָדָם הוֹלֵךְ בַּדֶּרֶךְ וְלִסְטִים מְחַכִּים לְהָרְגוֹ, בָּא אַחֵר וְנִתָּן כֹּפֶר תַּחְתָּיו וְהוּא נִצָּל, לֹא יָדַע הַטּוֹב שֶׁעָשָׂה לוֹ הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא וְהַנֵּס שֶׁהִרְחִישׁ לוֹ, רַק הוּא בִּלְבַדּוֹ – הָוֵי לְעֹשֵׂה נִפְלָאוֹת גְּדֹלוֹת לְבַדּוֹ. לְבַדּוֹ עָשָׂה וְיוֹדֵעַ, וְאַחֵר לֹא יוֹדֵעַ.<\/div>\n
295. אָמַר לַחֲבֵרִים, חֲבֵרִים, מַה שֶּׁשָּׁאַלְתִּי לָעַרְבִים הָאֵלֶּה שֶׁנִּמְצָאִים תָּמִיד בַּשָּׂדוֹת אִם קוֹל הַחֲבֵרִים שֶׁהֵם מִשְׁתַּדְּלִים בַּתּוֹרָה שָׁמְעוּ, שֶׁהֲרֵי רַבִּי שִׁמְעוֹן וְרַבִּי אֶלְעָזָר בְּנוֹ וּשְׁאָר הַחֲבֵרִים הָלְכוּ לְפָנֵינוּ וְלֹא יָדְעוּ מֵאִתָּנוּ, וְשָׁאַלְתִּי לָעַרְבִים הַלָּלוּ עֲלֵיהֶם, שֶׁיָּדַעְתִּי שֶׁקּוֹלוֹ שֶׁל רַבִּי שִׁמְעוֹן יַרְגִּיז שָׂדוֹת וְהָרִים, וְהֵם גִּלּוּ לִי מַה שֶּׁלֹּא יָדַעְתִּי.<\/div>\n

We continue this week with the study of Balak because there is no Zohar for the portion of Devarim. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Zohar Balak<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nRabbi Pinchas<\/a> cried and said, master of the world, I was not aware of this miracle you did for me, and the miracle of the Jews saved.
\nPsalm 136:4<\/a>
\n“לְעֹשֵׂה נִפְלָאוֹת גְּדֹלוֹת לְבַדּוֹ כִּי לְעוֹלָם חַסְדּוֹ.”
\n“To Him who alone does great wonders, For His mercy endures forever;.”
\nHe quoted this verse and said, how much good and miracles the Holy One Blessed be He does for people, and only he knows it. A person wakes up in the morning, and a snake<\/a> comes to kill him. He steps on his head without noticing and kills him. Only the Holy One Blessed be He knows that. A person walks on the way, and robbers are waiting to kill him. Another person comes along and replaces the original judgment, setting the first person free from the robbers. Only the Holy One Blessed be He knows that.<\/p>\n

\nRabbi Pinchas<\/a> tells his friends that his question to the Arabs in the field was to know if they heard the sound of his friend studying the Torah because Rabbi Shinon, Rabbi Elazer, his son, and the other friends were walking ahead of them and did not know that he was behind them. He continued, I asked the Arabs because I know that the voice of Rabbi Shimon shakes fields and mountains, but instead, they revealed to me something I did not know, meaning that miracle.<\/p>\n

Lesson;
\nFrom the story of Rabbi Pinchas<\/a>, we learn that the Arabs couldn’t remember seeing Rabbi Shimon, even though his voice could impact the world around.
\nIt tells us that the Light of the sacred studies is concealed from those who are not open for it. Those who do, experience protection and miracles in their lives.<\/p>\n
