301. כִּי נִפְלָאוֹת עָשָׂה – מַה שֶּׁעָשָׂה לִפְלִשְׁתִּים וּמַה שֶּׁעָשָׂה לָעֲבוֹדָה זָרָה שֶׁלָּהֶם. הוֹשִׁיעָה לּוֹ יְמִינוֹ, לְמִי? לְעַצְמוֹ. מִי זֶה עַצְמוֹ? אוֹתוֹ מִזְמוֹר עַצְמוֹ, וְרוּחַ עֶלְיוֹנָה קְדוֹשָׁה גְּנוּזָה בּוֹ. יְמִינוֹ – אוֹתוֹ שֶׁיָּרַשׁ הַזָּקֵן, וְזוֹ יְמִינוֹ, שֶׁהֶחֱזִיק בְּאוֹתוֹ מִזְמוֹר וְלֹא הִשְׁאִירוֹ בְּיַד אַחֵר.<\/div>\n

Zohar Balak<\/strong>
\nPsalms 98:1<\/a>
\n“מִזְמ֡וֹר שִׁירוּ לַיהוָה שִׁיר חָדָשׁ כִּי נִפְלָאוֹת עָשָׂה הוֹשִׁיעָה לּוֹ יְמִינוֹ וּזְרוֹעַ קָדְשׁוֹ.”
\n“A Psalm. Sing a new song to YHVH<\/a>, For He has done wonderful things, His right hand and His holy arm have gained the victory for Him.”<\/p>\n

\n“For He has done wonderful things” refers to what Hashem<\/a> did to the Philistines and their gods. He asks, who is ‘him’ in the verse that says “His right hand has gained him victory,” and answers that ‘him’ is the psalm itself that is the Shechina because the supernal<\/a> holy spirit. Zeir Anpin<\/a> is concealed in the psalm. “His right hand” is Chessed<\/a> that the old man, Abraham, inherited. With his hand, he holds that psalm and does not let go of it.<\/p>\n

\nHere we can reveal one thing. Anytime the Right, Chessed<\/a>, wishes to make a miracle, it holds that psalm, and let Israel<\/a> that the Shechina with them, hold it too. It is like a father that embraces his son’s chest with his right, keeping him closer to him. Then he says, who would dare to approach my son.
\nAfter the son sinned against his father, his father held him on his shoulders and pushed him away to deal with his enemies.<\/p>\n

Lesson;
\nThere is a great light and many secrets concealed in Psalms (Tehillim). They were channeled to the world by King David, who is the chariot<\/a> for Malchut<\/a> and the Shechina. There are 150 Psalms, and each one of them has great light. Names of angels are concealed in the initials or words of many verses. For that reason, we read Tehillim every day in cycles. Some people complete the entire book in one week, some in a month, or any frequency in between. I spend hours every day on Zohar study and writing, but I read a few psalms chapters every day to complete the book in one month. The most important thing is having the book and reading it every day as much as we can. When completing the reading of the entire book, we go to the beginning and start again.
\nBecause Psalms represent Malchut<\/a> and the Shechina, we read them during day time. The Zohar connects us higher, and we read it any time we wish, except for the 9th of Av, when we are mourning the destruction of the Holy Temple and should not connect to studies that give us pleasure. On that day, we can read and study Zohar Eicha (Lamentation) that discusses the destruction of the Holy Temple.
\nWe also learn from this Zohar that if we are on the Right, we get embraced and protected; otherwise, we are pushed away and on our own, frail and unprotected. <\/p>\n
