240. אַשְׁרֵי חֶלְקָם שֶׁל יִשְׂרָאֵל שֶׁהַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא מִתְנַהֵג אִתָּם (בְּיִשְׂרָאֵל) כָּךְ, עֲלֵיהֶם כָּתוּב (תהלים קלה) כִּי יַעֲקֹב בָּחַר לוֹ יָהּ יִשְׂרָאֵל לִסְגֻלָּתוֹ, וְכָתוּב (שמואל-א יב) כִּי לֹא יִטֹּשׁ ה’ עַמּוֹ וְגוֹ’. מָה הַטַּעַם לֹא יִטֹּשׁ ה’ אֶת עַמּוֹ? בַּעֲבוּר שְׁמוֹ הַגָּדוֹל, מִשּׁוּם שֶׁזֶּה בָּזֶה נִדְבָּק. וְעַל זֶה לֹא יַעֲזֹב אוֹתָם הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא. שֶׁבְּכָל מָקוֹם שֶׁהֵם נִמְצָאִים, הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא עִמָּהֶם, כְּמוֹ שֶׁבֵּאַרְנוּ.<\/div>\n
241. לוּ חָכְמוּ יַשְׂכִּילוּ זֹאת (דברים לב). אָמַר רַבִּי יוֹסֵי, כָּל אֵלּוּ הַפְּסוּקִים שֶׁכָּאן תּוֹכָחוֹת הֵם שֶׁהוֹכִיחַ אוֹתָם מֹשֶׁה לְיִשְׂרָאֵל, חוּץ מֵאוֹתוֹ שֵׁם קָדוֹשׁ שֶׁגִּלָּה בִתְחִלַּת דְּבָרָיו. אָמַר רַבִּי אַבָּא, וַאֲפִלּוּ מַה שֶּׁהוֹכִיחַ לְיִשְׂרָאֵל הוּא בִּכְלַל הַשֵּׁם הַקָּדוֹשׁ, שֶׁאֵין דָּבָר בַּתּוֹרָה שֶׁיּוֹצֵא מִכְּלַל הַשֵּׁם הַקָּדוֹשׁ, שֶׁהַתּוֹרָה כֻּלָּהּ שְׁמוֹתָיו שֶׁל הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא הֵם.<\/div>\n
242. וְאֵלּוּ הַפְּסוּקִים יְדוּעִים הֵם. אֲבָל מִשּׁוּם שֶׁשְּׁמוֹ שֶׁל הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא רָשׁוּם בְּפָרָשָׁה זוֹ, הָיִיתִי צָרִיךְ עַד עַתָּה. וְכָאן הֲרֵי כָּתוּב, לוּ חָכְמוּ יַשְׂכִּילוּ זֹאת, זֹאת וַדַּאי. וַהֲרֵי בְּכַמָּה מְקוֹמוֹת בֵּאַרְנוּ זֹאת, שֶׁאִם יִשְׂרָאֵל יֵדְעוּ אֶת זֶה אֵיךְ זֹאת אֲחוּזָה בְדִינֶיהָ לְהִפָּרַע מִן הָרְשָׁעִים – יָבִינוּ לְאַחֲרִיתָם, וְיִשְׁתַּמְּרוּ לִהְיוֹת בָּהּ, כְּמוֹ שֶׁכָּתוּב (איוב כ) וְאֶרֶץ מִתְקוֹמָמָה לוֹ.<\/div>\n

Zohar Haazinu<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nHappy is Israel<\/a> that the Holy One Blessed be He leads them as it is written;
\nPsalm 135:4<\/a>
\n“כִּי יַעֲקֹב בָּחַר לוֹ יָהּ יִשְׂרָאֵל לִסְגֻלָּתוֹ.”
\n“For YHVH<\/a> has chosen Jacob for Himself, Israel<\/a> for His special treasure.”
\nAlso,
\n1 Samuel 12:22<\/a>
\n“כִּי לֹא יִטֹּשׁ יְהוָה אֶת עַמּוֹ בַּעֲבוּר שְׁמוֹ הַגָּדוֹל כִּי הוֹאִיל יְהוָה לַעֲשׂוֹת אֶתְכֶם לוֹ לְעָם.”
\n“For YHVH<\/a> will not forsake His people, for His great name’s sake, because it has pleased YHVH<\/a> to make you His people.”
\n“For His great name’s sake” means that Israel<\/a> adheres to his Holy Name, and because of that, he will not abandon them, and where ever they are, the Holy One Blessed be He will be with them.<\/p>\n

\nDeuteronomy 32:3<\/a>
\n“כִּי שֵׁם יְהוָה אֶקְרָא הָבוּ גֹדֶל לֵאלֹהֵינוּ.”
\n“For I proclaim the name of YHVH<\/a>: Ascribe greatness to our God.”
\nRabbi Yossi says that this verse from the beginning of the portion of Haazinu, proclaiming the Holy name, has the secret of the seven Sefirot as explained in #206 above. Following this verse, Moses reminds the people of their iniquities and rebukes them. Rabbi Aba says that even the words that Moses used to scold the people are part of the Holy Name because the entire Torah is the name of the Holy One Blessed be He, and there is no exception to that.

\nDeuteronomy 32:29<\/a>
\n“לוּ חָכְמוּ יַשְׂכִּילוּ זֹאת יָבִינוּ לְאַחֲרִיתָם.”
\n“Oh, that they were wise, that they understood this, That they would consider their latter end!”
\n“Understood this (זֹאת)” is the calling to understanding Malchut<\/a> that is called ‘זֹאת,’’This.’ Malchut<\/a> inflicts judgments on the wicked “That they would consider their latter end!”.
\nWhen the wicked understand the outcome of their actions, they will turn to follow the laws of the Torah because otherwise, the ‘earth’ that is Malchut<\/a> will rise against them.
\nJob 20:27<\/a>
\n“יְגַלּוּ שָׁמַיִם עֲו‍ֹנוֹ וְאֶרֶץ מִתְקוֹמָמָה לוֹ.”
\n“The heavens will reveal his iniquity, And the earth will rise against him.”<\/p>\n

Lesson;
\nEvery letter in the Torah is Holy because it is part of the Holy Name. Even wicked words, like Balak, Balaam, and others, are part of the Holiness of the Name. The Holy Ari could derive specific holy names from the Torah to control nature and make miracles. Even if we don’t know the secrets at the level of the great Kabbalists, our connection to the Torah benefits us beyond our ability to understand.
\nBecause the entire Torah is the Holy Name, the Daily Zohar brings the verses that the Zohar refers to in full to connect to the Light concealed in them.<\/p>\n
