247. מָשָׁל לְאִשָּׁה שֶׁהָיְתָה לָהּ קְטָטָה בִּבְנָהּ, הָלְכָה לִתְבֹּעַ עָלָיו דִּין. רָאֲתָה לַדַּיָּן שֶׁדָּן דִּינֵי נְפָשׁוֹת – חֶלְקָם לְמַלְקוֹת, לִתְלִיָּה, לִשְׂרֵפָה. אָמְרָה: אוֹי, מָה אֶעֱשֶׂה מִן הַבֵּן? כַּאֲשֶׁר סִיֵּם הַדִּין, אָמַר לְאוֹתָהּ אִשָּׁה: אִמָּא, מֶה עָשָׂה לָךְ בְּנֵךְ? אָמְרָה, מִתְלוֹנֶנֶת, עכ”מ.<\/div>\n
248. יִמְצָאֵהוּ בְּאֶרֶץ מִדְבָּר וּבְתֹהוּ. וַדַּאי לְבַסּוֹף עָשָׂה לְכָל אוֹתָן קְלִפּוֹת שֶׁיִּהְיוּ כֻלָּן מִשְׁתַּעְבְּדוֹת לוֹ. עַד כָּאן הָיָה כָתוּב בְּאוֹתוֹ סֵפֶר שֶׁל קַרְטָנָא הָרוֹפֵא. לְבַסּוֹף הָיָה רָשׁוּם בְּזֶה הַפָּסוּק, כָּל שְׁמִירָה שֶׁנִּצְרָךְ רוֹפֵא חָכָם לַעֲשׂוֹת לְחוֹלֶה שֶׁשּׁוֹכֵב בְּבֵית חָלְיוֹ, בֵּית אֲסִירֵי הַמֶּלֶךְ – לַעֲבֹד לַאֲדוֹן הָעוֹלָם!<\/div>\n

Zohar Haazinu<\/strong>

\nRabbi Yitzchak said that in the future, the Holy One Blessed be He would admonish Israel<\/a> in two places and the nations of the world would rejoice for that.
\nHosea 12:3<\/a>
\n“וְרִיב לַיהוָה עִם יְהוּדָה וְלִפְקֹד עַל יַעֲקֹב כִּדְרָכָיו כְּמַעֲלָלָיו יָשִׁיב לוֹ.”
\n“YHVH<\/a> hath also a controversy with Judah, and will punish Jacob according to his ways; according to his doings will he recompense him.”
\nThe nations of the world were happy to hear this, believing that the Holy One Blessed be He would remove Israel<\/a> from the world.
\nWhen the Holy One Blessed be He sees their happiness, we read;
\nHosea 12:4<\/a>
\n“בַּבֶּטֶן עָקַב אֶת אָחִיו וּבְאוֹנוֹ שָׂרָה אֶת אֱלֹהִים.”
\n“He took his brother by the heel in the womb, and by his strength, he had power with God:”
\nThe nations understand that this implies Teshuva<\/a> for Israel<\/a>. They are surprised because they thought that Hashem<\/a> would punish Israel<\/a> and now he mentions what Jacob did in the womb, when there is no punishment for such action.<\/p>\n

\nIt is like a woman who had a quarrel with her son. She went to see a judge and complain about him. When she saw the judge sentence some people to be beaten, some to be hanged, and some to be burnt, she was worried about what kind of punishment he would rule upon her son.
\nWhen the judge finished, he asked the woman, what did your son do to you?” She replied I am complaining about…
\nThe text in the original Zohar is missing here. Rabbi Ashlag says that according to the previous text, we can understand that the woman changed her story and said that she complained that her son gave her pain when he was in her womb. Obviously, the judge did nothing to the child.<\/p>\n

\nDeuteronomy 32:10<\/a>
\n“יִמְצָאֵהוּ בְּאֶרֶץ מִדְבָּר וּבְתֹהוּ יְלֵל יְשִׁמֹן יְסֹבְבֶנְהוּ יְבוֹנְנֵהוּ יִצְּרֶנְהוּ כְּאִישׁוֹן עֵינוֹ.”
\n“He found him in a desert land And in the wasteland, a howling wilderness; He encircled him, He instructed him, He kept him as the apple of His eye.”
\nThe Klipot<\/a> are found in the desert and wasteland. The Holy One Blessed be He put them under the rule of Israel<\/a>. The previous verses have deeper meaning and they were found in the book of a physician called Kartana. He was following the verse above and writing down everything a wise physician needs to do to care for the sick in bed. Meaning, he first writes the state he found the patient, then he prescribes the medicines. In his book he had the verse “He found him in a desert land And in the wasteland”, meaning the state of the patient, then he wrote the treatment a wise physician needs to follow for a sick lying in his bed.
\nThe sick are those who are in the prison of the king, meaning, they are sick because they cannot worship the master of the world.
\nIn another section of the Zohar, he explains that the name of the physician is Yudan Dekesari, and they called him ‘אסיא קרטינאה’ ‘Asyah Kartinah’ because he was the wisest and greatest of all physicians. Asyah means ‘physician’\/ ‘healer’ and Kartinah in the Persian language means ‘high value’.<\/p>\n

\nIn the following paragraphs of Haazinu we will learn more about the ‘sick’ who are those lacking connection to the Light and how they should be treated to restore their Light and heal them.<\/p>\n
