Tikkun 47<\/strong> – 1<\/p>\n

בְּרֵאשִׁית, “In the beginning”, the first word of the Torah, forms two words also , בָּרָא שִׁית, meaning “created six”. The Zohar explains that it is a reference to the sixth day. It was named “הַשִּׁשִּׁי” “The” Sixth but the previous days did not get the special “the” and they were simply named second, third, fourth and fifth. When it said “The Sixth” it gave it significance as it sums the process of Creation and gave control to us.<\/p>\n

There is a parallel connection between the first three days and the following three. The first day “there was Light” and on the fourth day the sun and the moon were created.
\nThe second day the waters were mentioned and on the fifth day the waters were filled with creatures.
\nOn the third day the dry land appeared with grass and trees. On the Sixth, we received control over land and all that is on it, “’Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it; ”<\/p>\n

This is the aspect of “מְלֹא כָל הָאָרֶץ כְּבוֹדוֹ” “The earth is filled with the Glory of God”<\/p>\n

“The Sixth”, “הַשִּׁשִּׁי”, with the extra letter ,ה is our bridge between Malchut<\/a> and Binah<\/a> that share the same letter H, ה.<\/p>\n
