Once it has permission to inflict judgment, even the righteous ones can get hurt.<br>\nWhen the Right side has control, it can break the idolatrous nations, but the Holy One Blessed be He shows his mercy and doesn&rsquo;t let them be destroyed. This is where we see the big difference between the mercy of the Right and the judgment of the Left.<\/p>\n<p>#120<br>\nThere are sins that a person does unknowingly or treats as insignificant. The fear is that these sins go without <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Teshuva&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Repentance. &amp;#039;&#1514;&#1513;&#1493;&#1489;&#1492;&amp;#039;. The Hebrew word literally means &amp;#039;Return&amp;#039; to represent the aspect of leaving the bad way and returning to the righteous ways taught in the Torah.&nbsp; We can do Teshuva every day before going to sleep. It helps cleanse the soul from negative &amp;#039;attachments&amp;#039; and support a new beginning in the following day.The most basic and yet powerful repentance is saying&amp;quot;&#1495;&#1464;&#1496;&#1464;&#1488;&#1514;&#1460;&#1497; &#1506;&#1464;&#1493;&#1460;&#1497;&#1514;&#1460;&#1497; &#1508;&#1464;&#1468;&#1513;&#1463;&#1473;&#1506;&#1456;&#1514;&#1460;&#1468;&#1497;&amp;quot;&amp;quot;chata&amp;#039;ti aviti pasha&amp;#039;tti&amp;quot;Loosely translates to &amp;quot;I have sinned, I did wrongs, I did crimes&amp;quot;. By doing so, he didn&rsquo;t allow his enemies to have an opening to control him. And so, he always wanted to chase after them, so they would not chase after him for his sins and fall into their hands.<\/p>\n<p>Lesson;<br>\nBefore going to war against our &lsquo;enemies,&rsquo; we should be pure and on the Right side; otherwise, the enemy can find reasons to inflict judgment on us without mercy.<br>\nOur enemies are always around us. Every step we take toward success, the <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Sitra Achra&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;In Aramaic &amp;#039;&#1505;&#1496;&#1512;&#1488; &#1488;&#1495;&#1512;&#1488;&amp;#039;, &amp;#039;Sitra Achra&amp;#039;, the &amp;#039;Other-side&amp;#039;, the impure system, opposite of holiness,&nbsp; everything that is negative and drains the Light we earned or wish to receive.&lt;\/div&gt;\" href=\"https:\/\/staging.dailyzohar.com\/?glossary=sitra-achra\" data-gt-translate-attributes=\"[{&quot;attribute&quot;:&quot;data-cmtooltip&quot;, &quot;format&quot;:&quot;html&quot;}]\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">other side<\/a> scans us for &lsquo;dark&rsquo; spots and immediately uses them to enter our realm and have control.<br>\nThe simple formula for success is to connect to the Right by doing good, and disconnect from the Left, judgment by avoiding negative. If we did anything that hurt another person, then we should do everything we can to repent and cleanse this dark spot from us.<br>\nThe Zohar tells a story about the students of Rabbi Shimon that saw life-saving miracles happen to a simple person, even without him being aware of that. They told him what they saw and asked him what merits he had to experience such miracles.
