Exodus 35:3<\/a>
\n” לֹא-תְבַעֲרוּ אֵשׁ, בְּכֹל מֹשְׁבֹתֵיכֶם, בְּיוֹם, הַשַּׁבָּת”
\n“Ye shall kindle no fire throughout your habitations upon the sabbath day”<\/p>\n

The Zohar tells us that a person who gets angry is breaking the Shabbat because he sets the fires of hell. This fire is represented in the body by the bile and the spleen. They affect the chemistry balance of the blood. The result of it is that all positivity energies in the body disappear.<\/p>\n

No matter how righteous a person is, if he gets angry he loses the energy of Shabbat and even more than that.<\/p>\n

On Shabbat we receive three additional levels to the soul and we can keep it with us for the coming week if we ‘maintain’ purity of the body and soul with spiritual connections.<\/p>\n

Shabbats are spiritual steps for us and we can climb up every Shabbat if we don’t we act negatively and lose it.<\/p>\n

If we merit it, on Shabbat we can have the visit and ‘Ibbur’, which means impregnation, of a good soul. These souls help us in our tikkun process but can not contaminate themselves in an impure body. Anger is the worst thing for them because it attracts negative energies. They get out of the body immediately and leave the person feel drained.<\/p>\n
