Without them there is no sustenance for the Shechina and the life force can not be revealed in the world.

This is a good point and time to remind people that the meaning of the word Kabbalah is to “receive”. This word is from the root of parallel that help us understand that we should create affinity (parallel) with the light to be a channel and vessel for it.

To achieve that state, we must study the sacred text and reveal the secrets of the spiritual system of YHVH. Theoretic Kabbalah lessons are nice but without the reading/scanning/listening to the Zohar, there is a great lack in connection to the higher Light.

It is like coming closer to the well but not drinking from it. Appreciating Kabbalah, Rabbi Shimon and the Zohar just help in building a bigger vessel but to connect and fill the vessel we must scan/read and study the Zohar. This is the lesson from this Zohar section.

Now that the world is aware of Kabbalah and the Zohar, we have a different issue to overcome. Rabbi Shimon wrote the Zohar for us. The Holy Ari and great Kabbalists along the way brought it closer to us. In recent generation, Rabbi Ashlag wrote the great translation and commentary in Hebrew that opened the spring of Kabbalah knowledge to the world. His student Rabbi Brandwein started spreading the knowledge massively. Rabbi Berg, his student, continued and led final battle to make Kabbalah and Zohar a familiar term all over the world.

There are many organizations and groups around the world that raise the flag of Kabbalah teaching with many students gathering into their classes.

The problem is that Satan was not left behind; he just joins them all and helps them spread the name but keeps the light away. The study becomes more and more diluted. It touches more to the morality aspect of the study and stays distant from the sacred text and the Light it carries.

Ask your Kabbalah teacher to connect more to the Hebrew, Aramaic and the sacred text of Torah and Zohar. This is the work with prayers that the Zohar is talking about.

This is the way the Zohar reveals the secrets. It brings a reference from the Torah and Bible and discusses it to bring the light that is concealed in it. Rabbi Shimon wrote for us 70 explanations to the first word of the Torah.

Are you standing by the well or drinking from it?

{||}

Click here to listen to the Daily Zohar
<img decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-21" title="Daily Zohar -669 Scanning from right to left top to bottom" src="https://staging.dailyzohar.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/02/dz8-669.gif" alt="Holy Zohar text.
