He answers that it was for their benefit because after they break down the house, they will find treasures that the Canaanites hid in their houses. <\/p>\n<p>Lesson;<br>\nThere is no loss without an opportunity to find Light. Experiencing a lack of something makes a space for the Light to come. Demolishing a house built by a Canaanite had the aspect of removing the negative from the vessel to find the pure Light. All the craftsmen did the same to connect their work to holiness, and when the work was brought to its place, it elevated and received the holiness. <\/p>\n<p>Lesson;<br>\nDedicating action to a purpose connects the action to its purpose and becomes one with it. When we make preparations for Shabbat, we say &ldquo;Lechbud Shabbat Kodesh,&rdquo; &ldquo;for the honor of the Holy Shabbat,&rdquo; and when Shabbat comes, everything we did for Shabbat receives the holiness of Shabbat.
