Genesis 2:22<\/a>
\n“וַיִּבֶן יְהוָה אֱלֹהִים אֶת-הַצֵּלָע אֲשֶׁר-לָקַח מִן-הָאָדָם, לְאִשָּׁה; וַיְבִאֶהָ, אֶל-הָאָדָם”
\n“And YHVH<\/a> ELHYM, built the rib that he took from the man to a woman, he brought to the man.”<\/p>\n

1 Kings 8:13<\/a>
\n“בָּנֹה בָנִיתִי בֵּית זְבֻל, לָךְ–מָכוֹן לְשִׁבְתְּךָ, עוֹלָמִים”
\n“I have surely built for you a house of (Z’vool זְבֻל) habitation, a place (מָכוֹן, Ma-chon) for you (female form) to dwell in for ever”<\/p>\n

The first verse above tells us that YHVH<\/a> (aspect of right column<\/a>) and ELHYM (aspect of left column<\/a>) built the woman for the man.
\nIn the second verse, King Solomon tells God that he built for him a dwelling place, which is the Holy Temple.<\/p>\n

The two verses reveal to us the importance of the work and connection to the female aspect of the light. The upper female is Binah<\/a> and the lower is the Shechina in Malchut<\/a>. The word for build is בניה and it has the same letters as Binah<\/a>, בינה. God separated the female from the man to give him\/us opportunity to work and build a connection to Binah<\/a>.<\/p>\n

We see the reference that the house was built for the Shechina with the word לָךְ “for you” that is said in female form. The word זְבֻל Z’vool is the name of the level of heavens that make the connection between the work in the Holy Temple and the level of Binah<\/a>.<\/p>\n

With the work of the High Priest, the Shechina (Lower letter H) and Binah<\/a> (Upper H) connect together and the light (Y) flows through the Zeir Anpin<\/a> (letter Vav)<\/p>\n

After the destruction of the Second Temple, Rabbi Shimon saw with his divine supernal<\/a> levels.<\/p>\n

When we scan and study the Zohar, we make a connection between the Shechina and Binah<\/a> and that is the power of the Zohar. It is the highest level of light available to us until we merit the Third and final Holy Temple. <\/p>\n
