\nתִּקּוּן שִׁשִּׁים<\/strong>\n

בְּרֵאשִׁית זוֹ בְּרִי”ת, שֶׁנֶּאֱמַר בָּהּ עֵץ הַחַיִּים, וַהֲרֵי פֵּרְשׁוּהָ, וּבְהִפּוּךְ תְּבִי”ר, שֶׁגָּרַם שֶׁבֶר לְאָדָם הָרִאשׁוֹן, וְזֶה עֵץ הַדַּעַת טוֹב וָרָע, טוֹב הוּא הָאִילָן, אוֹתוֹ שֶׁכָּתוּב וַתֵּרֶא הָאִשָּׁה כִּי טוֹב הָעֵץ לְמַאֲכָל וְכִי תַאֲוָה הוּא לָעֵינַיִם, וּפִרְיוֹ רָע, כְּפִי הַמַּרְאֶה שֶׁלָּהּ כָּךְ הָיָה (הוּא) נִרְאֶה לָהּ מִבַּחוּץ, כְּמוֹ שֶׁבַּפֶּה, מִלִּים יָפוֹת מִבַּחוּץ וְלֵב מָלֵא בְטִנּוּפִים מִבִּפְנִים, וְזוֹ לֹא הָיְתָה יוֹדַעַת שֶׁסַּם הַמָּוֶת הָיָה בִּפְנִים הַפְּרִי. זֶהוּ שֶׁכָּתוּב וַתִּקַּח מִ”פִּרְיוֹ וַ”תֹּאכַל וַתִּתֵּן גַּם לְאִישָׁהּ וְגוֹמֵר, הֲרֵי פְּרִי הָאִילָן, שֶׁשָּׁם מָוֶ”ת (מִבִּפְנִים, גָּרַם לָהּ שֶׁאָכְלָה).\n<\/p><\/div>\n

\nTikkun 60<\/strong> – 1<\/p>\n

בראשית, “In the Beginning”, is the ‘covenant’, ברית. When rearranging the letters, covenant becomes תביר, which means break. This is the effect of the sin on Adam and Eve when they broke the perfection of “the Beginning” and the word of God.<\/p>\n

Genesis 3:6<\/a>
\n“וַתֵּרֶא הָאִשָּׁה כִּי טוֹב הָעֵץ לְמַאֲכָל וְכִי תַאֲוָה-הוּא לָעֵינַיִם”
\n“And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food and that it was a delight to the eyes”<\/p>\n

The Tree of Knowledge Good and Bad looked good but the fruit was bad. The Snake<\/a> gave her a deceiving picture with words but his heart was full of evil.<\/p>\n

When Eve tasted the fruit and gave also to Adan, she transferred death to him. In the same verse we read “וַתִּקַּח מִפִּרְיוֹ, וַתֹּאכַל; וַתִּתֵּן גַּם-לְאִישָׁהּ עִמָּהּ, וַיֹּאכַל” , “she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat; and she gave also unto her husband with her, and he did eat.” .
\nThe first letters of the first three words spell ‘death, ‘מוות’. <\/p>\n

The world of Malchut<\/a> is, as the Zohar defines, ‘the world of lie’, and we live in an illusionary realm. We were separated from the truth of the Tree of Life<\/a> and cast away to the world of lies.<\/p>\n

The Snake<\/a> was holding the negativity of the entire Creation. He was created without light of his own, like the world of Malchut<\/a> that we live in.<\/p>\n

The Tree of Life<\/a> is the aspect of YH יה, Chokmah<\/a> and Binah<\/a>, and the Tree of Knowledge Good and Bad is the aspect of VH וה. The Vav represents Zeir Anpin<\/a> and the process to connect to the light.<\/p>\n

The Separation of Eve from Adam was as the aspect of the V and H, Zeir Anpin<\/a> and Malchut<\/a>. They needed to wait for the end of the Creation process on Friday night to unify together as V+H , Zeir Anpin<\/a> and Malchut<\/a>. YH, Chokmah<\/a> and Binah<\/a>, were to come on Shabbat and make a complete rest. That would’ve locked Adam and Eve in the Tree of Life<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Snake<\/a> injected impurity into Eve and separated the V (Adam), from H (Eve). That broke the potentially pure and everlasting connection that Adam and Eve could’ve had. We are left with the process and our work is always to connect the V, Zeir Anpin<\/a> and H Malchut<\/a> together to draw light from the YH, Chokmah<\/a> and Binah<\/a>.<\/p>\n

And it’s all begun with few words of deceit.<\/p>\n
