Holy Tabernacle, Holy Body, what a system?<\/p>\n

The Ark is in the aspect of Shabbat, Malchut<\/a>. The Tabernacle is built of six levels weaved together that include the six days of creation. The Tabernacle is also the Shechina at the lower level.<\/p>\n

The Ark is like the heart (לב in Hebrew = 32), and it’s a burning fire with the 32 paths of Wisdom, Chokmah<\/a>. It’s also Malchut<\/a>, Shabbat; it also includes the upper Shechina, which is Binah<\/a>, and is the female aspect of the father, Chokmah<\/a>.
\nThe heart (Binah<\/a>) is the extra soul level we receive during Shabbat, which protects you from negativity.<\/p>\n

The Candelabra is the aspect of the head, Zeir Anpin<\/a>, and the seven candles are the two ears, two eyes, two nostrils and the mouth. Those are Chesed<\/a>, Gevurah<\/a>, Tiferet<\/a>, Netzach<\/a>, Hod<\/a>, Yesod<\/a> and Malchut<\/a>.
\nIn the supernal<\/a> level, the head is Chokmah<\/a> (see), the ears are Binah<\/a> (hear), the nose is Tiferet<\/a> (smell) and the mouth is Malchut<\/a> (speak).
\nThe Candelabra receives the light from the right side of Chokmah<\/a>, which flows through the right brain. This is the secret of why a positive mental attitude (PMA) and being emotionally happy are good for you. On the other hand, the left brain is responsible for most of our daily actions. Worry, stress, and depression come from an overload of the left brain. The left brain connects us to the “gravity” of the body, i.e. physical existence.<\/p>\n

The right brain needs to be happy and elevated to draw the Light of Chokmah<\/a>. To bring the body into this state, we need to start by connecting to the Zohar. Because the eyes are at the level of Chokmah<\/a>, the Zohar allows us to make the connection to the Light. People who scan the Daily Zohar experience a gradual increase of spiritual elevation and happiness. Over time, the knowledge becomes more natural (less of a thinking process) as the flow of the Light of Chokmah<\/a> comes into our lives by engaging the right brain.<\/p>\n

In order to achieve elevation at the physical level, immerse yourself in positive activities that make you happy. Be busy with physical activities that bring fresh air to your lungs, envelope the heart with positive energy, and trigger the right brain into an elevated state to bring the Light of Chokmah<\/a>. The Zohar describes the lungs as “Wings over the heart”, like the cherubs over the Holy Ark flapping their wings when energy flows through the Ark. Thus, breathing fresh air is very important.<\/p>\n

If you are depressed or if you find it hard to see things positively, start the process of changing your mood by listening to your favorite music; this will activate the right brain. As you continue listening, you will have more and more Light; it will be a gradual step out of depression.<\/p>\n

Balancing the right brain (Wisdom, Chokmah<\/a>, positive energy) with the left brain (Understanding, Logic, building, Binah<\/a>) will improve your health and will increase your chances of success in all your actions. We call this “nano-technology,” which is what Kabbalist Rav Berg has been talking about for years. With very simple actions like the ones described here, you can positively affect your life.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
