When they are cleansed from their evil deeds, &lsquo;sheared&rsquo; &ldquo;&#1490;&#1464;&#1494;&rdquo; is derived from the expression &ldquo;&#1499;&#1460;&#1468;&#1497; &#1490;&#1464;&#1494; &#1495;&#1460;&#1497;&#1513;&#1473; &#1493;&#1463;&#1504;&#1464;&#1468;&#1506;&#1467;&#1508;&#1464;&#1492;&rdquo; &ldquo;For it is soon cut off, and we fly away&rdquo; (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sefaria.org\/Psalms.90.10?lang=bi&amp;with=all&amp;lang2=en\" target=\"_blank\">Psalms 90:10<\/a>). What does &ldquo;&#1493;&#1456;&#1506;&#1464;&#1489;&#1464;&#1512;&rdquo; &lsquo;and passed&rsquo; mean? Rabbi Shimon said that when the soul departs from this world, it is judged by several judgments before it reaches its place. Afterward, all these souls must pass through &ldquo;&#1504;&#1456;&#1468;&#1492;&#1463;&#1512; &#1491;&#1460;&#1468;&#1497;&#1504;&#1493;&#1468;&#1512;&rdquo; &ldquo;the River of Fire,&rdquo; which extends and flows out, and they must bathe there. Or who may rise in His holy place?&rdquo;<br>\nThe soul of the righteous passes through the River of Fire without fear and will rise in His holy place.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>#176<br>\nThose who engage in charity in this world and give of their wealth for Tzedakah, then they pass through that place, namely &ldquo;&#1504;&#1456;&#1468;&#1492;&#1463;&#1512; &#1491;&#1460;&#1468;&#1497;&#1504;&#1493;&#1468;&#1512;&rdquo; the River of Fire, without fear. And the announcer proclaims over that soul, &ldquo;&#1493;&#1456;&#1506;&#1460;&#1504;&#1460;&#1468;&#1514;&#1460;&#1498;&#1456; &#1500;&#1465;&#1488; &#1488;&#1458;&#1506;&#1463;&#1504;&#1461;&#1468;&#1498;&#1456; &#1506;&#1493;&#1465;&#1491;&rdquo; &ldquo;Though I have afflicted you, I will afflict you no more;&rdquo; (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sefaria.org\/Nahum.1.12?lang=bi&amp;with=all&amp;lang2=en\" target=\"_blank\">Nahum 1:12<\/a>), which is the conclusion of the verse. For those who merit to pass through the &ldquo;&#1504;&#1456;&#1468;&#1492;&#1463;&#1512; &#1491;&#1460;&#1468;&#1497;&#1504;&#1493;&#1468;&#1512;,&rdquo; River of Fire, have no more judgment at all.<\/p>\n<p>Lesson;<br>\nThe Zohar tells us that the righteous people, Tzadikim, ascend to the mountain of <a class=\"glossaryLink\"  aria-describedby=\"tt\"  data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;YHVH&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;The Holy Name&lt;\/div&gt;\"  href=\"https:\/\/staging.dailyzohar.com\/?glossary=yhvh\"  data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex='0' role='link'>YHVH<\/a>, the highest elevation, and their souls pass through the River of Fire without fear of getting hurt.<br>\nAfter that, the Zohar tells us that those who give Tzedakah, like the Tzadikim, have no fear passing through the River of Fire.<br>\nEvery act of Tzedaka opens the gate of <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Yessod&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Yessod is the sefira that delivers light, and nourishments that sustain life in the world. Joseph is the chariot (vehicle) for the sefira of Yessod. He controlled the sustenance of Egypt and the world, and he is a channel of sustenance.We connect to Yessod through studies, Tzedaka, and Tzadikim.Friday is Yessod of the week. In the Daily Zohar studies, the mention of Malchut could be on the upper levels, not necessarily Malchut of the world of Asiyah that is the material world. In general, Malchut doesn&amp;#039;t have a light of its own but can draw from all the levels above it. Malchut can receive the Light in a pure process of &amp;#039;earning.&amp;#039;Malchut is an aspect of the female with a desire for the Light.The image of the sefirot below represents the lowest level of the world of Asiyah, Action, where there is an aspect of physicality, material existence.Malchut of the upper worlds manifests the levels below it.
