We have learned that when a person is about to die, and judgment looms over him to leave this world, a higher spirit is added to him, more than he ever had in his life. And once this spirit rests upon him and clings to him, he sees things he has never seen in his life.<br>\nWhen this spirit is added to him, and he sees in new dimensions, he then leaves this world. As it is written;<br>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sefaria.org\/Psalm.104.29?lang=bi&amp;with=all&amp;lang2=en\" target=\"_blank\">Psalm 104:29<\/a><br>\n&ldquo;&#1514;&#1463;&#1468;&#1505;&#1456;&#1514;&#1460;&#1468;&#1497;&#1512; &#1508;&#1464;&#1468;&#1504;&#1462;&#1497;&#1498;&#1464; &#1497;&#1460;&#1489;&#1464;&#1468;&#1492;&#1461;&#1500;&#1493;&#1468;&#1503; &#1514;&#1465;&#1468;&#1505;&#1461;&#1507; &#1512;&#1493;&#1468;&#1495;&#1464;&#1501; &#1497;&#1460;&#1490;&#1456;&#1493;&#1464;&#1506;&#1493;&#1468;&#1503; &#1493;&#1456;&#1488;&#1462;&#1500; &#1506;&#1458;&#1508;&#1464;&#1512;&#1464;&#1501; &#1497;&#1456;&#1513;&#1473;&#1493;&#1468;&#1489;&#1493;&#1468;&#1503;.&rdquo;<br>\n&ldquo;You hide Your face, they are troubled; You take away their breath, they die and return to their dust.&rdquo; The words&rsquo; &#1514;&#1465;&#1468;&#1505;&#1461;&#1507; &#1512;&#1493;&#1468;&#1495;&#1464;&#1501;&rsquo; literally means &ldquo;add their spirit&rdquo; and is translated to match the general meaning of the verse as &lsquo;take away their breath.&rsquo; This verse supports the revelation of the Zohar about the added spirit to the soul to see everything that happened in their lives during the judgment process.<br>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sefaria.org\/Exodus.33.20?lang=bi&amp;with=all&amp;lang2=en\" target=\"_blank\">Exodus 33:20<\/a><br>\n&ldquo;&#1493;&#1463;&#1497;&#1465;&#1468;&#1488;&#1502;&#1462;&#1512; &#1500;&#1465;&#1488; &#1514;&#1493;&#1468;&#1499;&#1463;&#1500; &#1500;&#1460;&#1512;&#1456;&#1488;&#1465;&#1514; &#1488;&#1462;&#1514; &#1508;&#1464;&#1468;&#1504;&#1464;&#1497; &#1499;&#1460;&#1468;&#1497; &#1500;&#1465;&#1488; &#1497;&#1460;&#1512;&#1456;&#1488;&#1463;&#1504;&#1460;&#1497; &#1492;&#1464;&#1488;&#1464;&#1491;&#1464;&#1501; &#1493;&#1464;&#1495;&#1464;&#1497;.&rdquo;<br>\n&ldquo;But He said, &ldquo;You cannot see My face; for no man shall see Me, and live.&rdquo;<br>\n&lsquo;No man shall see me and live,&rsquo; implying that in their lifetimes, they are not privileged to see, but in their deaths, they are.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Lesson;<br>\nNot even a slight positive or negative action is forgotten during the judgment process in front of the upper court. The added spirit is for the soul to see everything is done and admit to it so the process goes faster and easier.<br>\nIf we remember any bad deed before we die, it means that <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;hashem&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;&amp;#039;Hashem&amp;#039; is a reference to the name of YHVH.We say Hashem &amp;#039;the Name&amp;#039; instead of the actual call to &amp;#039;YHVH&amp;#039; that is not allowed except when we read the Torah in full verses or in blessings.&lt;\/div&gt;\" href=\"https:\/\/staging.dailyzohar.com\/?glossary=hashem\" data-gt-translate-attributes=\"[{&quot;attribute&quot;:&quot;data-cmtooltip&quot;, &quot;format&quot;:&quot;html&quot;}]\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">Hashem<\/a> gives us the opportunity to make corrections.
