It is because the Holy One, Blessed be He, is present there, in the place of judgment (&#1502;&#1460;&#1513;&#1473;&#1456;&#1508;&#1468;&#1464;&#1496;). Therefore, the judgment must be completed properly. Just as it is done below, so does the Holy One, Blessed be He, do above. Come and see, the Holy One, Blessed be He, establishes the seat of judgment when the judges sit. As it is written,<br>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sefaria.org\/Psalm.9.8?lang=bi&amp;with=all&amp;lang2=en\" target=\"_blank\">Psalm 9:8<\/a><br>\n&ldquo;&#1493;&#1463;&#1497;&#1492;&#1493;&#1464;&#1492; &#1500;&#1456;&#1506;&#1493;&#1465;&#1500;&#1464;&#1501; &#1497;&#1461;&#1513;&#1461;&#1473;&#1489; &#1499;&#1468;&#1493;&#1465;&#1504;&#1461;&#1503; &#1500;&#1463;&#1502;&#1460;&#1468;&#1513;&#1456;&#1473;&#1508;&#1464;&#1468;&#1496; &#1499;&#1460;&#1468;&#1505;&#1456;&#1488;&#1493;&#1465;.&rdquo;<br>\n&ldquo;He shall judge the world in righteousness, And He shall administer judgment for the peoples in uprightness.&rdquo;<br>\nFrom there, the throne of the Holy One, Blessed be He, which is <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Binah&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;When it is related to the Sefirot, &amp;#039;Mother&amp;#039; represents Binah. Also called Sea, source of &amp;#039;rivers&amp;#039;, from where Light flows to the lower worlds. The Menorah in the Holy Temple drew the Light of Binah to Malchut.&lt;\/div&gt;\" href=\"https:\/\/staging.dailyzohar.com\/?glossary=binah\" data-gt-translate-attributes=\"[{&quot;attribute&quot;:&quot;data-cmtooltip&quot;, &quot;format&quot;:&quot;html&quot;}]\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">Binah<\/a>, is established. And what is His throne? These are righteousness (&#1510;&#1491;&#1511;) and judgment (&#1502;&#1460;&#1513;&#1473;&#1456;&#1508;&#1468;&#1464;&#1496;). As it is written,<br>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sefaria.org\/Psalms.89.15?lang=bi&amp;with=all&amp;lang2=en\" target=\"_blank\">Psalms 89:15<\/a><br>\n&ldquo;&#1510;&#1462;&#1491;&#1462;&#1511; &#1493;&#1468;&#1502;&#1460;&#1513;&#1456;&#1473;&#1508;&#1464;&#1468;&#1496; &#1502;&#1456;&#1499;&#1493;&#1465;&#1503; &#1499;&#1460;&#1468;&#1505;&#1456;&#1488;&#1462;&#1498;&#1464; &#1495;&#1462;&#1505;&#1462;&#1491; &#1493;&#1462;&#1488;&#1457;&#1502;&#1462;&#1514; &#1497;&#1456;&#1511;&#1463;&#1491;&#1456;&#1468;&#1502;&#1493;&#1468; &#1508;&#1464;&#1504;&#1462;&#1497;&#1498;&#1464;.&rdquo;<br>\n&ldquo;Righteousness and justice are the foundation of Your throne; Mercy and truth go before Your face.&rdquo;<br>\nAnd whoever judges a case must sit on the king&rsquo;s throne. If he mars one of them, it is as if he mars the king&rsquo;s throne. Then, the Holy One, Blessed be He, withdraws from among the judges, and He does not stand in their judgment. What is said, then?<br>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sefaria.org\/Psalms.12.6?lang=bi&amp;with=all&amp;lang2=en\" target=\"_blank\">Psalms 12:6<\/a><br>\n&ldquo;&#1502;&#1460;&#1513;&#1465;&#1468;&#1473;&#1491; &#1506;&#1458;&#1504;&#1460;&#1497;&#1460;&#1468;&#1497;&#1501; &#1502;&#1461;&#1488;&#1463;&#1504;&#1456;&#1511;&#1463;&#1514; &#1488;&#1462;&#1489;&#1456;&#1497;&#1493;&#1465;&#1504;&#1460;&#1497;&#1501; &#1506;&#1463;&#1514;&#1464;&#1468;&#1492; &#1488;&#1464;&#1511;&#1493;&#1468;&#1501; &#1497;&#1465;&#1488;&#1502;&#1463;&#1512; &#1497;&#1456;&#1492;&#1493;&#1464;&#1492; &#1488;&#1464;&#1513;&#1460;&#1473;&#1497;&#1514; &#1489;&#1456;&#1468;&#1497;&#1461;&#1513;&#1463;&#1473;&#1506; &#1497;&#1464;&#1508;&#1460;&#1497;&#1495;&#1463; &#1500;&#1493;&#1465;.&rdquo;<br>\n&ldquo;For the oppression of the poor, for the sighing of the needy, Now I will arise,&rdquo; says <a class=\"glossaryLink\"  aria-describedby=\"tt\"  data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;YHVH&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;The Holy Name&lt;\/div&gt;\"  href=\"https:\/\/staging.dailyzohar.com\/?glossary=yhvh\"  data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex='0' role='link'>YHVH<\/a>; &ldquo;I will set him in the safety for which he yearns.&rdquo;<br>\nAnd the Holy Spirit says,<br>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sefaria.org\/Psalms.57.6?lang=bi&amp;with=all&amp;lang2=en\" target=\"_blank\">Psalms 57:6<\/a><br>\n&ldquo;&#1512;&#1493;&#1468;&#1502;&#1464;&#1492; &#1506;&#1463;&#1500; &#1492;&#1463;&#1513;&#1464;&#1468;&#1473;&#1502;&#1463;&#1497;&#1460;&#1501; &#1488;&#1457;&#1500;&#1465;&#1492;&#1460;&#1497;&#1501; &#1506;&#1463;&#1500; &#1499;&#1464;&#1468;&#1500; &#1492;&#1464;&#1488;&#1464;&#1512;&#1462;&#1509; &#1499;&#1456;&#1468;&#1489;&#1493;&#1465;&#1491;&#1462;&#1498;&#1464;.&rdquo;<br>\n&ldquo;Be exalted, O God, above the heavens; Let Your glory be above all the earth.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Lesson;<br>\nThe presence of the Holy One, Blessed be He, in the place of judgment emphasizes the sacredness and importance of justice being carried out correctly. Since the actions of judges on earth reflect the actions above, they need to make impartial judgments. Any corruption or bias mars the judgment&rsquo;s integrity, negating the Torah laws,&nbsp; analogous to marring the Holy throne.<br>\nThis Zohar teaching underscores the profound responsibility of judges to administer justice fairly and impartially, reflecting the righteousness of <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;hashem&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;&amp;#039;Hashem&amp;#039; is a reference to the name of YHVH.We say Hashem &amp;#039;the Name&amp;#039; instead of the actual call to &amp;#039;YHVH&amp;#039; that is not allowed except when we read the Torah in full verses or in blessings.&lt;\/div&gt;\" href=\"https:\/\/staging.dailyzohar.com\/?glossary=hashem\" data-gt-translate-attributes=\"[{&quot;attribute&quot;:&quot;data-cmtooltip&quot;, &quot;format&quot;:&quot;html&quot;}]\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">Hashem<\/a>&rsquo;s judgment.
