This refers to a person who follows the ways of the Torah. &ldquo;Walks securely&rdquo;&mdash;this means that the harmful forces of the world cannot harm him.<br>\n&ldquo;But he who perverts his ways will be known&rdquo;&mdash;Who is &ldquo;will be known&rdquo;?
